RUDE Management/Employees/Company..Stay Away!.
I used to be a frequent customer of Quizno's, but after FOUR bad experiences with this store and being ignored by the regional and national management, I won't eat there again.
2 of the 4 bad experiences were wrong orders. The third was when I ordered a different bread for a sandwich and was charged $2.00 extra. The last straw was when the cashier AND manager refused to accept a filled "frequent diner" card. After this last confrontation, I e-mailed the national office and was assured that I would be contacted in the next 24 hours by the regional manager. I never heard from him/her and when I contacted the national office again, I was ignored.
