Hair pros and great service. I live in the Heights and know that there are salons on every other street. Believe me, I've tried them all. I called Cosa Bella and was able to get my hair colored by Arthur. It was awesome and he was so nice. He showed me how to style it and gave me the product for it too. Let me give you my scoop. This place has been around for awhile and I can see why. They are so nice there and care about their work. I listened to the other stylist talk with their customers and they were also very helpful. I met Melvie, she was the sweetest person and welcomed me when I told her it was first time. I loved the laughter and smiles! Go see Arthur, he will take care of you!

Nice salon for my family. I have been a client of Cosa Bella for 5 years now and am happy with the services I've recieved there. I get my hair colored by Melvie and my nails by Maya now. It isnt a salon for the snobbish for sure. This place is perfect for anyone that is looking for a great cut and good people. Melvie is a great stylist and gave my child her first childs cut. She can do it all! Miya is the sweetest person. Love this place!

Way Fabulous!. I love this salon! They actually work on Sunday and will work extra hard to please their customers! I never leave the salon that someone doesn't comment on how great my hair cut is. Also, people stop to ask me where I get it cut.

Cool hair salon in our area. Cosa Bella looks like a hair salon more than a day spa after you walk in. It was pretty busy when I went in. Everyone was nice there and I was told that my stylist was running a couple of minutes late. Looking around it seemed pretty clean and my stylist did a great job. He was very polite and my color came out just the way I wanted. I was told that they give massages upstairs and only have one pedicure chair. I'm getting my pedicure next!

This is my new spot!. I stopped for a $50 dollar massage and also tried a haircut my second time in. They're on the corner of Yale street and 16th. You can get your massage by several nice people there. Mine was a young gentleman and he was very professional. I met the owner and she was super sweet. Everyone there was very kind on my first visit. I had an awesome time at Cosa Bella and will be back soon! Thank you ladies and gentlemen :)

Rude staff. The salon itself is really cute and in a great location in the Heights, but the staff is so rude that it ruined everything for me. They could be the best in the industry but it just doesn't matter. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. From the receptionist to my hairdresser, the whole experience was horrible.

Thank you for the review. Our service and professional staff have helped us become a big part of the Houston-Heights for the last 7 years. I will take this and speak to our employees at the front desk. I'm sorry that you left feeling this way and hope you give Cosa Bella another try.

Sincerely, Melvie

A cool little salon in the Heights!. I saw Cosa Bella while walking by one day and decided to poke my head in and ask about massages. A woman named Melvi helped me and gave me the info I needed. I was very impressed how the atmosphere inside was. There were blow dryers blowing and music and laughter. I felt I should give this place a chance. Melvi cut my hair and It looks fabulous! She is so friendly and just a great young lady.

This is just a gem in my neighborhood. Thank you Melvi!

Quite a cozy salon & spa. This is a great place to go if you live in the Heights! It is so convenient... It is lovely inside and Arthur is amazing. He is great at listening to what you want in the way of color and style. My first visit was 5 weeks ago and I will be returning to see Arthur next week. I recommend this salon and spa to all (even if you don't live in the Heights). You will not be disappointed... You will be relaxed and taken care of thoroughly!!! Enjoy :)

a nice place if you work or live by. This is a nice place off Yale street that has really good prices but a rude front desk and sub-par facial may have ruined it for me. Melvi is a great stylist and a very sweet person. I wasnt happy with my facial at all and the woman at the front desk didnt even smile or look at me. She rang me up, asked me to sign and went straight back to looking at her computer. I will only go back for my hair service with Melvi.

Highly recommend Cosa Bella Salon and Day Spa. Came in to the salon for hair coloring. Being the first time coloring my hair, I was a bit apprehensive about the process but I was completely satisfied once my hair was done. This thanks to Melvie and staff, they made it feel all right. Cosa Bella is one of the first who is certified in using the new Inoa hair coloring products. I had heard a lot of comments regarding hair coloring but my experience was totally the opposite; the Inoa product was not smelly, it didn't itch my scalp and the removal, scalp massage, prior to washing definitely something worth paying for. To top that the end product; silky, shiny and odorless hair left me completely pleased! Truly a great experience at Cosa Bella since everyone was very hospitable and funny throughout the process!

Thank you Melvie and Staff!
