I went here after being unsatisfied with information I received from a chain electronics store. The price on the system was less, the installation was less, and the service was excellent. The owner and the installer were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store for buying and installing car audio system.

Shawn and John (owners) gave me excellent customer service, even on a holiday and while having the flu. They don't just take the money and run... they are determined to make their customers happy. The price I paid was hundreds less than what other places charge. Frank made adjustments after installation and did a great job; he actually had the same car as myself, so he knew exactly what to do... how does it get any better than that?

We had a very good experience with Shawn and his crew. We had found them online and checked their BBB rating.

We explained to Shawn we'd just had our car a/c fixed at another shop that required removal of the dash. When they plugged our radio in, it began to smoke and blew our system. All we wanted was a basic system to replace our factory one. Shawn showed us two radios that would work and he didn't push any expensive systems. He was straight forward about what it would cost and what his crew might find. We settled on the CDE-121 and new wiring. So far the radio works great and we are very satisfied with the customer service and product we bought. We would recommend this place to our friends!

BADASS DEALS and INSTALLS. I found out about this place through a friend, called them up and went to go get a quote and they offered me a BOMB ASS DEAL and installed it quick too... Will DEFINITELY go there again for future stereo stuff and installs

Best Mobile Entertainment Shop in Houston. Just moved to the Houston area and one of my friends suggested to use City Search to find a place to install my car audio & dvd system these guy's seemed to be highly rated, I'm glad I came here they performed a quick and clean install in a much better price than what I was used to in Austin.

Houston's Best Car Alarm and audio Shop. I am not used to writing reviews but I do always read and use them to help me make a decision , but I will write a review for this business, Shawn answered my call asked me what I needed listened to what I wanted and suggested a solution that I thought would work for me after 5 phone calls around my area this is the first time someone sounded genuine still I wanted to go check before I invested my money with these guy's got a good feel went back after a week and got a 5 channel Amp Radio and Speakers and a woofer installed got everything I was promised the work was clean and the system sounded good good people to do business with..

Houston's Best Car Audio & Alarm Shop PERIOD!. Great Staff, the folks at Car Audio Zone are very helpful. Won't try to sell you anything you don't need. The alarm system they installed saved me money on insurance and also gave my car much needed protection.

I also plan to upgrade my sound system soon since I saw some very good Car stereo products there.

Best Car Audio Store In Houston!. Over the past 35 years of owning cars, I've spent a lot of money with various car audio stores, and none come close to the level of service and value provided by Car Audio Zone.

PERIOD!

The owner, Shawn, is personable, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about his customers. My install was fast and clean - can't ask for much more.

Cannot beat the customer service.... Shawn and his guys do an absolutely excellent job from start to finish.

I deal with people in my business day after day, and most always seem to have an attitude that is fairly transparent in that they always want our money but are never too concerned about the goods or services they give in return.

I never got that feeling with Shawn. He took the time to go over all of the options on a new speaker system with me...installed a satellite radio receiver, and also wired up a couple of fog lights I have on my truck.

He doesn't try to lose you in the numbers the way so many people nowadays do. The man has to make his money (and who can begrudge any man from making a living, right?) but his prices are more than reasonable on the parts and labor -- and his attention to detail and genuine interest in making the customer come away with exactly what they wanted is what, in my opinion, sets him apart from other audio shops.

There are very few people I trust when when it comes to everything from auto mechanics to plumbers to car dealers. When I do find someone that I can actually say I'd recommend to a friend or relative, I keep that contact because I'm aware how rare it is. Maybe I'm just extremely picky -- I don't know...

Shawn is one of those people, though. I have no problem at all throwing him business from friends or relatives. I know they will be taken care of, given straight talk on products and price, and that he will go out of his way to make things right as much as reasonably possible.

Excellent place to do business.

WORST ALARM INSTALL EVER ............... this place it not good as all the reviews here say i went in after talking to shawn on a monday went in to install my viper 5901 alarm on my 2008 chevy silverado i got there and he started the upsells i bought in on them he sold me them for $60 each first mistake one retails for $19 other one is $45 total rip off then i had my own module a xpress kit for the remote start and the door locks he told me it wasnt for my truck and swapped it for a cheaper one he had lying around his installer also was trash i got there at 2pm didnt leave till 730pm and still didnt finsh the install shawn left at 550pm the installer told me to come back some other day becuase he needed to more modules that they didnt have it seemed like this was there first alarm install this place was just a nightmare had to take my truck to mobile one to fix this guys wiring nightmare didnt even install the tilt senor right WOULD NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN
