The girls working in there need to learn English. I've been going here for several years and slowly i have gotten fed up with the lack of understanding Engligh. One lady, dug too much when doing my cuticles and I would have a little scab after each pedicure. The next time I went in, I tried to tell her and she didnt understand what I was saying. Another time with a different nail tech, I told her I would like to wear the little paper shoes out so I dont mess up the paint, well she didnt understand what I said so then continued to try and put my sandals on for me and messed up the paint. Whats the point of getting a pedicure? Everyone is really sweet there but they need to take an English class.

My brows. I went there after my co-worker had recommended it to me. She said the prices were good, and the Pedi. massages were extra long. I only popped in to have my brows done. The took me in right away, w/no appointement. The girl did a very nice job, and quick too. She gave me a $5.00 gift cert. to come back with. I liked it.

Now the place isn't as "pretty" as I am accustomed to. But the service was nice, and quick. They did speak their own language a lot, but that didn't bother me a bit.

victoria nail & spa. Talk to themselves in their own language too much. They will push you into getting french tips. After all the questions about why I did not want pink & whites she told me it would be the same price for the pink & white & the reg. solar or acrylic. Wrong. pink & white more. Make sure you give them the exact you want to give them when paying or use your card. I paid for my visit & did not have change I was going to give her a $5 tip. I had a $10 & she took it & put it in the bag told me to have a good day & left. Please she did not earn the whole $10. She did not even deserve the $5 but she seem to need it. I would give this place a 4.8 rating. The service was ok & the nails looked ok but I will go to another place to get my done from now on.
