Terrible Pizzeria Franchise. I went to one in Westheimer. Owner was rude when I complained that his pizza was soggy. He said that was exacly how they make it. I just went back and did not complain anymore since it did not seem to matter to the owner. I ate the pizza and it was terrible. Servers were unattentive also. I will never go back again.

Average Pizza But Convenient Online Ordering. Attracted by the description of "NY style brick oven pizza," I ordered a Caesar salad and large cheese pizza online. The Caesar salad was very good, with fresh greens and croutons, as well as tasty dressing in a separate cup so one could dose it as desired. The pizza, however, tasted average at best: other than being salty - a complaint I levy only rarely against restaurant food ? the pizza was bland and and lacked the distinctive taste associated typically with brick oven pizza. In fact, I could not distinguish it from the usual pizza chain frozen crust. I may order here again in the future purely for the sake of convenience, but only if I cannot find someone better who delivers in the area.

The online ordering system ($1 extra fee!) worked fine, though it took approximately ninety minutes to receive the pizza and it arrived lukewarm, despite me living only about one mile from the location.

Best Pizza in the World - Great Franchise that is Growing Rapidly. New York Pizza from the over 30 Houston locations of New York Pizzeria are great. This place is what is called a Trattoria or fast casual type Italian restaurant. They have wonderful pizza that tastes like no other pizza in the world. It tastes so fresh you can tell the ingredients are premium and the staff are great. It's the perfect lunch or dinner place.

This place is pizza lovers dream. Try it out and tell them that Amir send you so maybe I'll get a free slice of Greek/Margarita pizza next time I'm there.
