Look GoodBeginning students are encouraged to attend free lectures on the practice of anusara yoga. Sessions are held Tuesdays at 10:30am, Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 12:45pm.
The ExtrasThe bookstore (not open during classes) sells books, meditation tapes. They also carry zafus and zabutons (meditation cushions and mats), 100-percent cotton yoga T-shirts and stretching mats (sticky mats) for hatha yoga.

the yoga institute is truly commited to the mind body spirit, the real definition of yoga. It teaches yoga in the line of John Friend's Anusara Yoga. The teachers are kind, and the studio is beautiful. I myself was a student there for 6 years. Great for people who live inside the loop.
Pros: quality of class, atmosphere
Cons: expensive, limited classes
