AWFUL. I went her to get highlights and a cut and the girl proceded to highlight my low lights and she turned my hair orange. She fried my hair so bad I have not been able to go somewhere else to fix her mistake. Then when she cut my hair she just combed all of my hair back and started snipping away. She had no idea what she was doing. They are all very rude in this place. I wouldn't recommend for any one to go here and this you want to come out of there looking like complete hell. Plus if they mess your hair up they don't give you a discount or anything. Completly obnoxious.
