Do Not Use Groomer at Louetta Location I recently left my 4 dogs, 3 shih-tzus and a havanese, for grooming. I left very explicit instructions to not touch their faces, top-knots or tails. The shih-tzus were to get a mild trim and bath and the havanese a bath and brush out. Upon picking them up, I was in shock. The shih-tzus had been shaved and their top-knots cut off. One had his top-knot for 8 years. The havanese did not have his mats brushed out even though they had been pointed out to the groomer. He was bathed only. This made the mats worse. In an effort to hide the cutting off of the top-knots, their long ear hair had been combed up and gathered on the top of their heads. The groomer was not there to explain her actions Upon speaking to the manager, the groomer admitted to her what she had done. This is inexcusable. Do not make the same mistake I did !!!!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE The Tomball Pet Resort!!! I have been to both locations, 2920 and Louetta and I must say I love them equally and so does my little Sally. We go to Louetta when we are going out of town for longer than 5 days because they have great specials and we go to tomball because they have pampered as well as luxury and Sally likes to mix it up :) All in all I highly recommend The Tomball Pet Resorts to anyone who loves their pet!

This was my first time boarding my two dogs EVER! I was pleased with the atmosphere when I arrived for a tour. We dropped our dogs off the day before we left for vacation along with their food, toys and treats. Two days in to our vacation we received a phone call saying that one of our dogs had been severely injured by the chain link fence he was kept in. They said his face and jaws were all cut up. They told me they would call back when they observed his injuries further....I received a phone call about eight hours later stating they had given him benedryl (without my permission) and he was sleeping like a baby. They moved both my dogs to great dane kennels at the front of the shop. We didn't receive another phone call from them the rest of our vacation. Well, anxious when we got home we picked them up the moment they opened. My dogs face is STILL bleeding after this incident happened four days ago...He is acting completely strange like he's been beaten and won't even wag his tail! It hasn't scabbed up at all as if they didn't put any Neosporin on it or anything. Apparently he was drugged up the whole time without our permission too. Both of my dogs SMELL BAD even though they were both bathed the day they went and their toys are unbelievably disgusting. I worry that they didn't take my dogs out, give them attention or worse..beat them. They were going to stay here over Thanksgiving but NOT ANYMORE! NEVER AGAIN!!!! They even look like they have lost weight and we didn't receive any food back even though I sent a brand new bag that should have lasted about a week and a half and they were only there a week.

I have been taking my dog. I have been taking my dog, Lady for some years now. She gets her hair cut and shampooed every 2 - 3 months (depending on the season). The groomer even knows her by name which I love because I have tryed other places and they weren't so personable. Lady doesn't even give me problems when I've taken her there.
