So kind and helpful!!. I went here today for my first time and signed up. The lady in the front was so helpful and kind. She really knew how to spark up her customer service not only that I believe that she is just naturally a sweet person. She guided me through the process and left me feeling right at home. I will be going here for sure from now on out and anyone who wants to try it here, I know you will be making the right choice. :D

Bittersweet.
I appreciated the very nice staff. The lady who sprayed me was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The overall "in store" experience was great. I already felt I came out a little dark, but the technician later told me I would continue getting dark. She didn't lie because by the end of the night I was very dark compared to my normal shade, with more of an orange tint. I was dissapointed with the outcome of the tan. Although the customer service was great I think it would have been better if there was a way to pick out the color, rather than the technician just go on with what THEY think would look nice.
I also had a couple of spots here and there that were darker than the other areas. The technician didn't let me know that my underwear tag was sticking out so there was an obvious outline of it.
Since I wasn't happy with the outcome, the next day I scrubbed most of it off, and ended up with a more natural looking tan and less orange.
Would I return to Cabana Tan?
I would, but not for a spray tan.

To bitchin. You're kidding right?? Darque Tan?? Have you ever been a "member" there? Probably not. They are a corporation and their employees treat you as such. NO way near the treatment you get at Cabana Tans.
And your "cat urine" comment is a bit dramatic, don't you think? As if the rest of the clientele has no sense of smell. PLEEEEEZ. you are obviously having a bad day and needed to vent. Cabana Tans is run professionally with a mom and pop feel. Something that will be missed one day.
Great place to tan!!!. I have been to many different tanning salons in the past 10 years and all the larger chain style salons are too commercialized. This is where Cabana Tans excels. Independently owned and operated, they treat all their customers as if they were family. Their tanning beds are very well maintained, fresh bulbs, and very clean rooms. They have a great selection of tanning products to choose from and if they do not have what you are looking for, they will happily order it for you. This is really a great tanning salon. The location couldn't be better and they have great hours.
They have the best staff & managers on site!.. I have been going to Cabana Tans for awhile on and off. They are always cheerful when you walk in or leave. They really get to know you and what style of tanning you prefer, which is a delightful!! Even if you don't like the beds, there is something for everyone.
Great place for spray tan!. This tanning salon has great prices and a friendly staff. If you prefer to stay away from the tanning beds, but still want that sun kissed look, try the spray tan! The owner personally sprays you, and takes pride in the results.

I have been going to Cabana Tans for about 7 years. I have become friends with the owner and the employees. I have always found everyone working there to be very pleasant and professional. I have recommended Cabana Tans to my family and friends. They have a wide variety of products available to help with the perfect tan.
I have tanned at several other tanning salons and this one by far is the best. I wish them much success.

This is definitely one of the better salons that I have ever visited. I have been tanning at many salons around the Houston area for almost 10 years. Cabana Tans is clean and they have a great selection of beds. I really appreciate their "by the book" attitude, it shows that they are committed and serious about their business.

horrible customer service. When I was looking into airbrush tanning for my senior prom, I decided to try Cabana Tan. I drove thirty minutes to get there and bought the 3-for-$75 deal, rather than paying $30 for each airbrush session. The night before my first spray I showered and avoided lotion, as instructed. When I arrived, I was promptly airbrushed and rushed on my way because 'another appointment was about to come in'. I was treated as if my money was less important than the other customer's. The next day, I got to see the full tan and must admit that it was nearly flawless, with a few color imbalances here and there. A week later, most of the tan had faded, except for a few spots on my arms and legs that were still as dark as when they were applied. After two weeks, I called in and complained. I asked for my money back for the next two tans I had paid for, and agreed to pay full price for the one I had recieved. The owner was very rude, making sure to point out that she'd been doing this for three years and hadn't had any problems so far. She said to come in and prove to here that the spots were there. I drove thirty minutes again, only to find out that she'd 'just left for the day'. I went back the next day and was greeted by the staff. When I told them my name, I was treated coldly and examined in front of the other customers. The owner denied seeing any spots, though I could clearly see them, as could my friends and family. She reluctantly refunded me and told me not to come back; which will not be a problem for me.
