Horrible Management and Poor Customer Service. I went here after work on 2/25/09 to grab a sandwich. The only reason i went here is because Quizno's emailed me a coupon for a free small sandwich. So as we were about to place our order, i noticed a sign taped to the glass in front of the order window that said "All Coupons must be shown before place your order. Due to fraud and abuse we do not accept printed out coupons." So i showed them my coupon to make sure they would take it and they said yes, but i would have to order a combo. So i asked if i could have the soup and drink combo, which i was told that they usually don't do that, but they would make an exception this time.They began to make my sandwich....he put it in the toaster and my partner ordered a salad bowl and drink. The worker said hold on a minute and went into the back and spoke with the manager or owner? He then came back out and told me that i would have to order chips, soup, and a drink in order to honor my coupon for the free sandwich. At that point i was upset and told him just forget it i'll go somewhere else to eat. First off, the fact that they have a sign printed out saying you must show coupon first...i can kind of understand I don't have a problem with that.The problem that i do have is that they put on there "Due to fraud and abuse we don't accept printed out coupons" to me was offensive...it made me feel like that because i had a coupon that i was trying to fraud them or abuse them in some way. Also i read the coupon that was sent by Quiznos to me and it did not say anywhere on it that you had to purchase a combo in order to receive the free sandwich. It also had on there that the coupon was honored at participating Quiznos. That is why i asked in the first place if they accepted it....to which they told me yes. Also, after i placed my order with the soup and drink combo that they told me they would do allow just this one time, they then came back and said that i needed to order chips also. How do they expect to keep customers.
