top beauty Nail & Hair Salon. You will fall in love with beautyful full services Salon I have been going to this Hair Salon for years and I fell in love with DIANE /DON and the staff!!They are vey lovely, honest, sincere and caring stylist. If you are having a "bad hair day" call DIANE / DON or anyone on her staff for help! I would not go anywhere else for haircuts or highlights. The only one concern I have is that DIANE does not charge the excessive hair care rates of other salons. DIANE (Which they are!!) Try out this NW area full services Salon, you will not be disappointed! I am highly recommenced.

Eyebrows. I went to see Don at Top Beauty for an eyebrow waxing. The nail salon that has been waxing them completely messed my eyebrows up. Don gave me a wonderful consultation on how they should look and what shapes go with different face shapes. I would recommend Don to anyone and I will go back!!

HORRIBLE. I frequented this shop for years prior to their management change, now it is hit or miss.

I went in for a solar refill this past Thursday (6.23.05) and the technician used acrylic instead of solar (she says "by accident") on my natural nails, obviously it looked like I had BIG PLASTIC LEE PRESS ON NAILS. The technician also wielded her filing drill in a manner which dug deep trenches around the acrylic causing dark red semi-circles just below my nail bed.

They chage staff SO OFTEN that it is hard for them to keep good staff on hand.

I DO NOT reccommend this establishment as their staff is lacking in the experience department.
