Avoid them at all costs you will regret trying to do business with them. I only lost $500 and then the rates changed so it no longer paid to refinance with another company.

The ugly truth about Portfolio

This company is a fraud. Their fees are excessive and if you look into them closely they are illegal. They do not disclose any of their fees in accordance with RESPA law. They are not in compliance with any of the real estate laws set. They will be shut down soon so I would advise any other company other than them. I am in the mortgage business and have worked with a few clients of theirs and they were all the same.

They overcharge on third party fees and keep the difference tax free. This is as unlawful as it gets. I could care less if you choose to go with me or them I just believe that the public should be aware of a licensed fraud.
