Best Deal in Corporate Housing. Choice Corporate Housing backs up its quality claims. Paul Sternberg responded to all of our concerns.( i.e. cable went out, they put us up in a hotel.) Paul Sternberg charged our family $2100 for a one-month stay in a new high-quality apartment. Paul Sternberg owns all their furniture and housewares. Shady company run by houston attorney paul sternberg- BEWARE. this company has been scamming people for a while now. they should be shut down by the attorney general's office for scamming people. instead of taking care of business, all they do is hire internet marketing companies to cover up the mess of reviews about their business. stay away from these people. this guy named paul sternberg owns the company and is also a licensed attorney in texas. put a complaint with the state bar of texas for him running a shady operation and then hiding behind his law degree when people actaully try to hold him accountable.

**** if you notice, everytime someone complains about their company, it's soon followed up by a 'bogus' 'excellent review'.... they do their own reviews of themselves, especially when customers actually complain so other peole dont pay attention to the 'real' reviews....

Unprofessional, don't do their research. Choice Corporate Housing does not back up its quality claims. It does not respond to BBB complaints (check it out - they have a score of F). They charged our military family over $7,000 for a one-month stay in an old, poor-quality apartment during our PCS move. They had never seen the property but obligated us to a sight-unseen lease in a grossly overpriced, dirty property, and then returned only part of our refundable deposits. They did not go to bat for us with the apartment management when things were in disrepair and dirty upon move-in. Don't trust Choice Corporate Housing's advertising. Unless you've seen the property they're offering you, don't sign the paperwork.
