Lets get one thing striaght, dont come on here trying to make me look like a fool because as you can tell i'm not the only unsaticfied customer. What you've said does not account for the length of time my vehicle has been with you guys (5months on th FEB 4th) . You've recieved 3 checks from my insurance company and the final one on Wen January 30th. And I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY CAR and GALLERIA COLLISION IS STILL GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. Lets talk about this piece of loaner you guys gave me. One, the transmission is going out, secound the seat belt does not secure the driver, third the passenger door does not open from the inside and finally the car stinks. So that let you know how much you care about your customers (you dont give a damn because if you did you would put them a reliable vehicle). And i'm not finshed YET!!! The amount of money my insurance company has sent you amounts to the cost of my car which is a 2010 FORD FUSION. So viewers can see GALLERIA COLLISION has reiceived almost $13,000 from my insurance company. My car is worth 16,000 ( READ IN BETWEEN THE LINES VIEWER. SOUNDS LIKE ................... TO ME). So watch how you handle me in that order!!!! So who ever wrote that little comment to me, get your lies together before appoarching me cause you still look like a LIER and sound like a FRAUD TO ME!!! My opinion.... NOW RESPOND TO THAT COMMENT.....
Ms. wadeyou are driving a loaner car provided by Galleria for FREE. Your vehicle is complete pending YOUR insurance sending payment for repair. You should attempt to contact your insurance to send payment for repair as the vehicle is complete waitin on payment. Galleria has spoken to you about this. Signing up on city search 4 days ago just to speak your frustration is unethical. We are waiting on the payment from the insurance company. Spend more time contacting them than trying to badger galleria collision. I repeat your car is complete and waiting for payment to release to you.
I give this place a ZERO. This place is a total rip-off to say the LEAST. I went to pick up my car today and had to call HPD to assist me in getting my car. They lied about work they did, lied and said they tried to call me all weekend to pick up my car after it was ready so that they could hold my car ransom and ask for more money at the time of pick-up (my insurance covered the rental car!), they made me pay $225.00 for a toll violation I had incurred in their rental car on my way to work to Sugar Land - I had to go through 3 tolls and forgot change, but paid the $4.00 online to EZ TAG a few days later and even provided Galleria Collision the confirmation number). They LIED again and said my insurance only paid them $400 to repair my bumper because damages were so small, but I showed them the letter from my insurance stating that they sent GC $1,923.00!!! So, now I have to get my car looked at by a mechanic to see if they actually did the work that the $2,500.00 list of items were actually performed on my car! It took asking several times and a police officer to actually get a receipt and my car from them. They are CROOKED to say the very least and need to be shut down SOON.
Run away as fast as you can.
In my opinion, Galleria Collision should be investigated by the Texas State Attorney General's office under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. During our experience, we were lied to several times by several members of the staff. We were told things which were easily controverted by our insurance company (and the insurance company was willing to show proof of its claims).
Getting a bill so we could pay for our car was a painful process. I was never treated like a customer, rather like some idiot that would eventually give up getting his car back. Case in point, I was told to talk to their attorney when I brought up a specific line item on my bill. When I asked who their attorney was, they refused to answer. Eventually, my insistence got me kicked off the premises.
Finally, when we decided to cut our losses and remove our car from Galleria Collision, the process took three days, a cash payment for a ridiculous bill, and the assistance of the Houston Police Department.
It saddens me to have seen how many cars are locked up in their lot. I know that every single one represents someone losing sleep over their car repair right now. Consumers don't have to accept this sort of abusive treatment and reckless disregard for decent service. Galleria Collision is, in my opinion, owned and operated by the worst sort of people. They don't deserve your business. They don't deserve to be in business.
I wouldn't let my worst enemy take their car here. To say that these people are unethical would be bestowing them the highest compliment I can come up with. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Galleria Collision. I hope someone will read this and it will save them from what I've had to go through so far. worst shop on earth. These people do a horrible repair job, take months and months and months to actually do it, they lie to your face, and will bill you for work they never did. All while you and your insurance company, the police and competing shops are flabbergasted by their audacity. They are the scum of the earth. Including the receptionist, the owner shlome and the manager richard. They should all be in prison.

To say that they are the most unethical, disgracefully dishonest people I have ever dealt with is an understatement. I wouldn't let my worst enemy take their car here.
Galleria Collision is the Real Deal on Auto Repair. Galleria Collision really helped me in my time of need. New to City & lost with my accident claim Richard took care of my car as if it was his own. I was informed during the whole repair process & my auto collision was done with the up most quality & care. I really appreciate the time & patience the bestowed my way. I highly recommend Galleria Collision if in need of Auto Repair.
Horrible Customer Service. My son's car got flooded and was towed to this establishment. The owner was vey rude to my son, had a horrible attitude. The cops had to be called just to get my son's keys back. I called several times to speak with him, no return calls. The person answering the phone acted like she was scared of him....!! Would never take my car to this place...a bunch of crooks!
When I went by, the owner told me "we have a ton of return business, state of the art equipment, I'll handle everything for you: rental, insurance, etc". He was incredibly nice, and once my car was there, he called me to give me updates... for the first three days.
After that, I didn't hear from him for weeks! And I couldn't get a hold of him, he was always "out of town". When I finally did get my car back, the work that was done was not acceptable. So I called him for WEEKS after, trying to reach him to get it taken care of. And he never called me back. It's been months now...
I will never go anywhere besides the dealership ever again. It may be more expensive, but at least I know that it will be done correctly, and with out all of the bs.
