TERRIBLE PLACE. Terrible place, they claim they have a 24/7 nurse and its a lie. Once the office closes you are on your own. They book your appt in other locations. You show up in your preferred location and it turns out your appt was set in a different one. When they book appts in the righ clinic, they book the patient with the nurse practitioner not the dr. Their nurse phone service, when the clinic is open, is terrible, it costed me a trip to the ER. It took them 12 days to contact me about my son's lab work. At the lab, I was told they woul get the results the next day. If you want to speak to the Dr is a hassle. They wont give you a direct # to your chosen clinic, You have to call to the main line and then be transerred once you are trasnferred you will speak to the voicemail. I left like 5 messages in 4 days. They never returned my phone calls. The 6th time I was ugly to the receptionist and she finally connected me to the location I visit for my son. My son had an allergic reaction to the prescription he was given and when the dr. checked on him, she laughed at it. It was not fun to me. They take FOR-EVER, a regular appt takes 4-5 hours of my day. Finally after those 4-5 hrs its the nurse practitioner who checks on your kid, not the dr. - I chose this place cause the reviews I read were good. But my experience was simply terrible. I visited this clinic for six month and all my experiences were awful. Luckily, I have a new pediatrician for my son. Do yourselves a favor and go to a different place.

I will never switch doctors!!!. Anytime my kids need to go they are seen. Anytime I have a question I can call and speak to a nurse. There have been a few times that money has been tight ( bad economy lately) and they tell me not to worry about the copay. They treat me and my kids with respect. I feel welcome when I go. Dr and his team are GREAT!!! I will never switch doctors!!!
