“The service is great--they were so nice and friendly, and they helped me find just what I was looking for.”
“However, there were *lots* of beautiful and unique tops that I loved, though they were all pretty pricey.”
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
if i could give negative stars i would
i went in to this store this week and was completely ignored by the staff. i would maybe understand if i had the appearance of a "looker". but considering every item i was wearing that day was made by a brand they carried it makes no sense. i shopped here once a few months ago and had the best help. so i decided to ask the two girls working if the person who had helped me last time was available. they snarled at me and said she was no longer working there.
god knows why i didn't just walk out then but i was in desperate need of an outfit for the weekend. so i picked up a few things, found sizes for myself (including jeans which i asked for help in and the response was "if its not there we don't have it) and went into a dressing room. no one ever said a word to me past that. not to mention i realized that the jeans were about $35 more than the prices online/other stores. so i left. no reason to be treated badly and overcharged!
i will never go back here and i recommend you don't either.
not impressed. I had heard some good things about this store but when I finally went I was utterly unimpressed. I went in and no one said a word to me, they were wrapped up in their own conversations and never looked up to realized I had many items in my hand. I ended up leaving without trying anything on and will never shop again. My only praise is that the boutique was cute and well put together.
Stained concrete floors and plush, puddled drapes play host to feminine frocks and accessories..
In Short
This dashing, diminutive den mixes the aesthetics of a New York loft with a glamorous crystal chandelier, rich leather club chairs, grass-cloth flooring in the dressing rooms and sateen curtains. By bringing one-of-a-kind brands to town like hot leather watchbands by Cuir and trendy togs by Foley, Abejas has become the one-stop shop for dresses by Rozae Nichols, Nanette Lepore and Rebecca Taylor; jeans by Paper, Denim & Cloth and Seven and all things Juicy Couture as well.
Great Customer Service. The girls that work in this shop are so nice and are really helpful. The clothing is more casual but the shop has a very nice atmosphere.
Worst store set up!. It is impossible to pick out anything in this boutique. The clothing is so close together that you cannot even look at some of the designs. As much as I want to like it, I felt the employees were extremley unhelpful. I was also shocked after I tried on a top that looked like it should be inexpensive and it was over $400.00.
not a lot of variety, but great service. There was not a lot of variety in terms of types of clothing--I found mostly tops and jeans. However, there were *lots* of beautiful and unique tops that I loved, though they were all pretty pricey. The clothes are organized by color, which I found very helpful. The service is great--they were so nice and friendly, and they helped me find just what I was looking for. One more thing: the signage isn't great, so you might miss it the first time you drive by. It helps to go to their website to see a pic of the place.
