I've been a regular at Heights Spa for a few years for massages. This is not an over the top, chi-chi day spa, but it is a nice environment with modern Asian decor. They have a considerable manicure and pedicure business. I've had some excellent massage therapists for Swedish and deep tissue massages. The massage therapists have always been very professional and responsive to requests. The only complaint I have is that sometimes you can hear the music from Curves next door or loud customers in the manicure/pedicure area in the massage rooms. I try to make my appointments during off-times to avoid this. The prices are reasonable and in the $65 range for a 1 hr. massage. Front desk staff has always been friendly.

I had a manicure and pedicure at the Heights Spa on 19th St. The employees were very nice. One woman was giving a pedicure to an 80 year old woman. She seemed so frail! It was obvious that the old woman was a regular, but the employee was so very attentive- I was very impressed by that! The only thing that I did not like about the salon was the condition of the massage chairs you sit in while getting a pedicure- it wasn't very luxurious and relaxing- though the pedicure was!
