“We carry mascara, liner, shadows, twizer, sharpner, lash curler, creams, etc All the treatment and related products to give you the best design ever , we have all the tools of the tradeto go along”
“It is a great place and they treat you right!”
“I've been going to this salon for the last 5 years, and I've received the best service from them.”
Great place to go for waxing,
threading, facial, massage. I recently visited 2 of the locations (Hillcroft & Galleria), services provided by the employees were exceptionally good and I am really satisfied. The owner is also very good. I would recommend everyone to visit.

It's a very good place for body massage, facial and eyebrow. I like this place, i was happy after i went there.
Would Not Recommend to My Worst Enemy. I contacted Aspara about doing the henna for my henna party and was quoted a price and thatwe had over 50 guests that my bridal henna would be discounted. I made an appointment to meet with her in person. When we discussed the henna in person, Sangeeta quoted us a price per hand 8 dollars more than what she had said on the phone. I agreed because she said even if we had more guest arrive that expected (75) that the price would not go up. It was agreed that guests could get both hands done with as intricate designs as they wanted. We set the date and paid a deposit. We also agreed to 4 henna artists - two artists were to arrive early to start on my bridal henna and be done before any of the guests arrived so that there would be enough artists for the guests. Unfortunately, she no longer offered the discount for my bridal henna. My henna did not end up staining dark so I went to the salon to voice my concerns. I asked for a trial with the artist and she did a gorgeous design on my hand & the henna stained very well. On the before my henna party Sangeeta called to tell us she was on her way to our house for the henna party! THEY HAD WRITTEN DOWN THE WRONG DATE! On the day of my henna party the artists were to arrive before the party to get started on my henna. They called and said that they were going to have to arrive even earlier. I guess normally this wouldn't be too much of a problem, but it was for us because me, my bridal party, and mom were at the nail salon getting manicures and pedicures -- we still needed to finish up and get home to get ready!! We rushed home and I rushed to get dressed. After all this, they still had not shown up!! We kept calling and calling and no one would answer our phone calls! We were so worried. Alas, they arrived and by the time they did they were later than the original time we had set up!!! So they basically rushed us out of the salon to hurry and get dressed only to be later than the original time! When they finally did arrive there were only TWO henna artists! We COULD NOT believe it! And worst of all the henna artist I got the trial from was not even there! And only one of the artists knew how to do designs, she was horrible, and it was really embarrassing to have her doing designs at my party! I could have done better designs than the other artist and I have never done henna before!!! One henna artist begins on my henna and guests start arriving. At this point Sangeeta has the nerve to come up to me and say that if guests get two hands done that she is going to charge me $15 p/hand, instead of $15 for both as we had agreed! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I was so pissed. I told the henna artist to make sure she only did one hand on each person and no matter what not to do two hands unless they were family or the bridal party, and the henna artist still did two hands on people! More and More guests arrived and they just sat around because we only had one artist doing people's hands!!! We were FURIOUS! We called Sangeeta and informed her that the party was almost over and 3/4 of the people did not get their henna done. She arrived approximately an hour later and began doing people's hands herself -- and she sucks at henna artistry!! When everybody was finally done she came up to me and gave me a almost empty tube of henna and told me it was for me to do touch ups. She then told me to use it to write my name on my husband's palm. She then called my husband over and wrote my name on his palm in horrible handwriting. She then had the nerve to tell me that she was not going to charge me $15 for her writing my name on his palm like she was doing me a favor! WTF? I couldn't believe her!!!! She ended up charging me for each hand of each person and we did not get the bundle deal she had promised! What she did is crazy!
I LOVE MY EYEBROWS. This place is amazing!!! I am so picky about my eyebrows and will definitely continue to get my eyebrows done here. The shape and precision was amazing!! I LOVED, LOVED the way they looked and the shape was just gorgeous! If you haven't been to this place, you must check it out!!
The only place for my brows. I've been going to Apsara for almost 5 years for my eyebrows. I used to go to their Hilcroft location and started going to the Sage location when it opened. Nadya always does a great job with my brows. The idea of letting anyone else do my brows scares me after going to Apsara for all these years!

Good for eyebrows.
I went there for shaping my eyebrows(threading). Sangeeta was very helpful and made suggestions. She re-shaped my eyebrows. It was not painful and she took her time and did not rush thru it.
When I first reached there i thought it was closed, (since the "open" sign was not turned on. But I Sangeeta pulled in just as I was leaving and she told me it was open, even tho' the sign was not on.
It is more expensive as compared to other places on Hillcroft but I thought it was worth it. I will definitely go again for my eyebrows.
Best Salon. I've been going to this salon for the last 5 years, and I've received the best service from them. All the services that they provide me with are completely painfree, and worth every dollar that I pay. They are extremely detailed when they are doing the eyebrows, and they meet perfection. They have given me terrific hair cuts, colors, and styles. The waxing that I receive from them never leaves any burns or marks. They use quality products, and it really shows. I reccomend getting most services from the owner, sangeeta. She is the most experienced worker, and she is the one that has trained most of the other emplyees. The work that she does has the least amount of pain. I have been going to her since the salon has opened, and I have no complaints. I have never gone to another place besides Apsara!
NOT a spa, but good for threading. I have been to both Apsara locations for threading, and the sage location for brazilian waxing. I can tell you that I would only go there again for threading (but I actually found another place). Each location is dimmly lit and dirty. The brazillian wax was $85.....VERY expensive if you compare prices. The owner explained that it's expensive because she doesn't reuse the wax, so she has to buy a lot of wax. My new place just uses different wooden spreading sticks.....no stick is EVER double dipped. So the wax is not wasted, it's $65 and gives me wonderful results. So the excuse of wasting wax is lost on me. In addition, this is not a spa AT ALL. This is a run down hair salon converted to a threading place. It seems like she just added on extra services without really thinking about WHERE to perform them. My waxing took place in a very small room in the back.....was probably a closet for the previous hair salon!
Not the place for a mani/pedi. I am not surprised by the bad reviews on this place and wish I head visited here first before my friend and I purchase half off mani/pedi Groupon deal for Aspara. It took several attempts to book an appointment. I booked for the two of us at the same time so we could do this together. When I got there for our 4:00 Friday appointment, my friend was inside waiting in an area with two other customers. There were two mannequins in the window dressed in lingerie so I walked past the place the first time thinking it was a lingerie store! As I walked in, I saw one lady doing eyebrows on a customer and she did not even acknowledge me. I went and waited with my friend. I was not impressed with the inside of this place, it looked dirty and unprofessional. We then noticed one lady in the back doing a pedicure at a spa chair. We waited like 10 minutes, then decided to go pick our polish color. We then found there was not one area for polish, just small sets at various workstations. At this point the lady doing the pedicure brought her customer up front to a mani station. We asked about the color, she said pick from a table. Then she said she was told our appointment was at 4:30 so she could start on one of us then. We said we would go next door to eat and come back, but asked if they even had ability to do two appointments at the same time since there was only one spa chair. She said, "it depends on who is here that day, today it is only me" Ridiculous! In my opinion they should schedule enought people to handle the appointments they take. We went next door and discussed and neither of us were eager to have our nails done there considering the way the place looked and their obvious indifference. At this point even if she started one of us at 4:30, the other would be waiting an hour. My friend went back to say we would rebook. The lady who was at the front doing eyebrows said "Your appointment was at 4:30" like it was our fault for showing up early. When my friend went with her to the appointment book to rebook, she saw that day's entry and it was clearly marked two people for mani/pedi at 4:00. The lady was not apologetic when my friend pointed this out. My friend just said we would discuss an alternate day and call them. She came back and we both agreed we would rather waste $35 than deal with these people. What a rip off. I would love to get my money back, but doubt it will happen. I'll stick with Isle Pedi Spa from now on. It is a great place and they treat you right! And they give you a glass of wine or a beer as you sit there enjoying the service and watching your personal TV in your own little spa chair alcove!
