Tips for Cvs Pharmacy

October 06, 2008

For more than 40 years, this drugstore chain has served communities nationwide with a variety of home, health and beauty products.. In Short
First opened in 1963 in Lowell, Mass., under the name Consumer Value Stores, this drugstore chain is among the largest in the country. Stores carry a variety of products, from baby supplies, home health equipment and vitamins to toys and greeting cards. Most locations offer Healthy Skin Care Centers, located near the pharmacy, which emphasize beauty as a health issue, and employ a skin care technician to educate customers about European and dermatologist-backed brands like Vichy.

HORRIBLE customer service.. The pharmacists there during the daytime are very, very rude and not helpful. I was about to faint because of my illness and I did not need to be upset by her like this. This is not the first time this pharmacy has had rude pharmacist during the daytime. It is certainly my last.It should be noted that the pharmacist manager is very kind and sweet, but the other pharmacists should not be in contact with customers if they are going to be that rude. I am moving all my medications to Walgreens across the street.

Deplorable customer service and management team. Pharmacy staff is unprofessional.. Prescription was left off. When I came back to pick it up the next day, it had not been processed. The female who took the prescription was talking on her personal cell phone and not paying attention to what I was telling her. She walked out of the store ahead of me and lit up a cigarette, still doing her personal cell phone call. It is no wonder my order was not processed! I am moving my medical prescriptions to Walgreens immediately!

When I was at the pharmacy counter trying to pick up my prescriiption that was never filled, the man at the counter gave me a number of another CVS pharmacy that was open and said, here's their number, call them. When I turned to walk away, he sarcastically said, "you're welcome!!!"

I can and will not tolerate this kind of uncompotence.
