tarah... my hair genius!!!. I have been going to Tarah for over a year now and I could not speak more highly of her... I even recommended her to my best friend and now tarah is her hairdresser also! she could not be more professional and passionate about her profession. she listens to you and your wants and needs for your hair and then gives professional feedback on how realistic your ideas are with your hair makeup. she is a doll and she will have my recommendation and business as long as i live in houston!!!

Definitely would recommend Tarah!. I am actually writing in response to the lady who posted a negative comment about Tarah below. While I have no idea who you are, I will say that you are completely out of line when you describe Tarah. I have probably received 20 haircuts and hair coloring treatments with Tarah and she is 20 for 20 with me. I have a really hard time believing that she would not listen to your requests. One of the greatest qualities about Tarah is that I can say, "OK, this is what I am thinking", I make a few suggestions and it's like she reads my mind perfectly. Another great quality is that she never gets complacent as many hairstylists will do. They do a good job for services #1-5, but usually get too comfortable. Definitely not the case with Tarah; her main priority is to make sure you leave happy.

Tarah is fabulous. I have been going to Tarah for over a year now...

I don' t look like I have a "Mom" hair do and I am constantly being asked who does your hair by the women that do. That is a tremendous compliment to me but its all Tarah!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

For the first time i got the hair cut i wanted go see Tarah. The staff there is great i would recommend this shop to all my friends.

worst haircut ever. i wanted to try this salon because it is a convenient location and they use aveda products. tara cut my hair. she was very nice and seemed to know what she was talking about when we discussed what was to be done - then she did exactly the opposite of what i asked. i asked her to blend the edges and came out with a haircut so blunt that i am pretty sure my 1 year old could have done better. the front is about 2 inches longer than the back, and the "layers" are all over the place, just giant chunks of hair with no order. she cut my hair about 2 inches shorter than what we discussed, and now i will have to cut it even shorter to fix it. it will probably take a year to fix the damage she has done - and in the meantime i will have to wear it up every day. hands down the worst haircut i have ever had.

Daniel is the best. I took my teenage son with very thick hair in for a grown up cut. He loves it, it lasts a long tome before he needs to go back. It has given him a lot of confidence.

He has had some really bad cuts and was very scared to start a new place. No worries, Daniel did a great job.

Go see Tarah. I recently by the salon and Tarah cut my hair. My hair is long. Tarah gave me the best cut. I highly rexoomend her.

wanted: senoRITA. I've been to many hair salon's in my life and none of them have been as pleasing as Elements. My first impression of the place was simple and practical with the concrete floors and the organic smells from the Aveda hair products. Who completely sold me the place was Rita. I explained to her my history of the many hairstylist I 've encountered and I have yet to meet anyone who is ready to cut my hair without any complaints. My hair is insanely thick and long! After an hour, Rita successfully did a GREAT JOB with my hair. I have been a loyal customer of her since then...5 years now. So if you are looking for someone with patience and guidance and also who really care what you like when you leave a hair salon, I highly recommend you come to Elements and ask for senoRITA!

First Class Salon. I can't say enough about this place. I have been going there a few years and they continue to improve and impress.

Kecia is incredible! She is patient with me and very understanding. After my first appointment with her, I did not have to worry any more about what she was going to do next time or whether she was going to cut my hair too short, etc... she takes her time and consistantly delivers an impressive haircut!

The entire staff, from Stacy on the telephone to other associates greeting you, these guys really "Get It!" I have suggested this salon to a few friends and faily members and everyone has been impressed and they are still clients today. I have recommended an out of town Bridal Party to this salon and they came back raving about the style and service! Elements is always a positive experience. The prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of Aveda products. This establishment is always clean, playing hip / fun music, and relaxing all in the same visit!

This salon allows you to be comfortable and feel welcomed every time because there is rarely any turnover in staff. The same stylist have been there for years and in no time you will truly feel like everyone knows you!

Elements Salon is first class throughout !!!

love it here -. I've been going to elements for about 3 years now - normal stylists are kecia or daniel - I have never left unhappy. They never keep you waiting - and offer your choice of drink when you check in (i'm a red wine-o)Great stress relief treatment pre-wash - all of their products smell great and everyone is very easy to talk to. I have always gone to aveda salons and I am so thankful to have one close with such great people.
