Rude! Rude! Rude!.
The worst experience I have ever had! The staff is terrible! They hate their job, I don't know what is going on in that office but those people are Mean! And the office manager is the worst. They act like you're bothering them coming in there and giving them business. They do not acknowldge you there a very defensive and rude. I went there and had to wait 2 1/2
hours to see the doctor they didnt want to use my insurance because I didnt have the card with me. I never have the card. It's VSP wchich they are a member
the office manager said I could get reimbursd from my insurance company file the claim myself. She just nasty and rude. Doesnt know how to commincate with people! I will Never give them any business again. If you notice when you drive by there are never any cars there however it always take 2 hours to see the doctor!
It sure was not like that when Dr. Glenz was there!
DO NOT PATRONIZE TODAY'S VISION!. I have never had a worse experience with a vision center. When something goes wrong with your order, watch out. The manager (Michelle) is the most rude individual, unwilling to help good paying customers. Buyer beware at this business.
Unless you want to spend your entire day here do not go. Every time we go we have to wait hours! Last year I was around 15 minutes late which I called and even warned them and I ended up waiting for my appointment for more than 4 hours! I wanted to leave desperately but I was home from school and didn't have another doctor or time to see a different one. I swore that was my last visit there. This year my brother thought he would bear it. They arrived early for his appointment and after over two hours are still there waiting! I just don't understand how the wait time can be so incredibly long every single visit. The actual appointment only takes around 20 minutes. It's unacceptable. Not to mention Everyone at the front desk is incredibly unhelpful and rude. The doctors are lovely, but everyone else there is awful. I will never go back and advise everyone to do the same.
Worst Customer Service Possible.
The Todays Vision next to the Willowbrook Mall has been the worst at customer service for years.
They do not acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter. They act like you are inconveniencing them with their rude tone and body language. The wait time is unacceptable. Even if you have an appointment you wait forever.
They are way overpriced. My last two pairs of glasses were about $300 over my insurance Co-Pay
NEVER, EVER deal with these people. RUDE!!!. I have NEVER been treated this bad...anywhere! The attitude from the front office staff is absolutely the most rude, aggressive, arrogant, threatening I have ever experienced! I will NEVER go back. RIPOFF!!!
It is the policy of Today's Vision Willowbrook to provide customers courteous, prompt service. I apologize that our service was not up to expectation. I will continue to monitor and make corrections when necessary on the staff's behavior. We encourage customers to personally contact management or owner when service is not what it should be, so that we can quickly respond to the problem. It is not our desire that anyone should leave our office unhappy.
They take the "service" out of "customer service"!.
The employees at Today's Vision are rude and aggressive. My insurance pays for the entire eye exam but TV charged me an extra $98 for a "contact exam fee". I told them that I have been wearing contacts for over twenty years and have never been double charged for an exam. The guy helping me turned red in the face and started talking, very loudly, over me saying they weren't double charging me and it was a standard fee. I told him no one else around charged that much for an exam and he just kept yelling over me. I was so embarrassed I just paid the extra.
When I tried to get a refund on it (after they wouldn't release my prescription to me so I could buy contacts elsewhere), the manager hollered across the room at me that I could have a refund when I brought the TRIAL PAIR back. I gave up and just contacted my insurance company who won't do anything about it anyway.
I wish I could file charges but I don't have that kind of time or money.
I will just warn everyone NOT to go to Today's Vision at Cutten Rd and FM 1960.

Eye exam plus contact fitting cost is $375!!! I called for appointment with the name of my vision insurance. I have good insurance. They cover 100 % of exam and for contact lens fit @ materials I pay only amount which is over $100.
Well... people who works in this PLACE don't tell you costs till after the exam and fitting. And it was $375!
When it less than $100 in most of the places around Houston.
Waiting time and exam took 1 hour 40 min!!!!!!!!
Then I was charged $135 more than I should be charged IN ERROR! Girl didn't even say she was sorry...This error charge appears on my bank account...and will take 3 days to be cancelled!
Doctor was new and very sweet... but it is Bad place! Bad experience...would never recomend!
