DON'T PATRONIE MALIBU TAN. do yourself a favor and do not patronize this establishment......Especially the one at Briar Forest.I joined 2 months ago the girl put me in the bed for 10 minutes and I had 3rd degree burns on my back...Not only that but the Manager Hope threatened to call the police if I didn't leave...All I was asking for is a copy of the cancelled membership which she refused to provide....She keep on calling the district manager or the owner and telling me that I was on camera and being recorded...I wasn't doing anything but asking for a copy of the cancellation....I personally don't know how they stay in business with the way they conduct there business matters...there is only one person on staff that is worth keeping there and that is TImothy..Hope the manager is not only a PIG but a liar as well...As she was taking these call she turned on the fake tears like somebody was ding somethng to her and that wasn't the case....She was rude from the time I walked into the door and if you think I'm going to patronize a place that threatens to call the police for no reason they are out of there mind...Do yourself a favor go to DARQUE TAN

great place. had a great overall experience and they have the best prices around. love the girl at the front desk and will recommend to everyone.
