Wonderful employees who go the extra mile. I live in the Med Center, but my parents live in Pearland. Last night, I called the Gamestop just down the street (10201 Broadway) about a game that's been difficult for me to find. They had it in stock and said they'd hold it.

My mom drove to this location by accident and, while they didn't have the game in stock, they did call the correct location who freely admitted that they had said they would hold it but sold it anyway.

The guys working here hammered the phones until they found her another copy of the game and were extremely personable and funny, turning a potentially bitter experience into a pleasant and successful one.

There's a lot of Gamestops in the area, the only differentiation being the service. so it makes sense to go to one with friendly people who really care about getting you what you want. Highly recommended.
