My Children Love Them!. Both of children attend CELC, we have been there since 2004. I love it and so do my kids.

My oldest on numerous occasions has asked me to come back later because she does not want to leave.

My youngest is a baby and she is always happy, clean and has a dry diaper when I pick her up. The teachers love these children they hug and snuggle them. In the baby room they get down on the floor and play with the kids.

It sucks having to leave your children to go to work but it is nice knowing that they have teachers that are warm, kind hearted and treat them like their own.

Good Daycare. My child has attended Childrens Enchanted for a couple of years and we are very happy with the care he has received. There are many teachers that have been there for over 3 years. There has not been a changed in care since the Co owner passed away.

Going downhill. This used to be a excellent daycare but since the original owner had passed it has gone downhill! The new owner is only interested in her own profit and not what is important for the children. She has continually declined the quality they previously had. Many of the teachers are lazy and have been caught ignoring crying infants or any children who need a little extra help. All the previous teachers that were good have now left or are leaving due to this new owner. I have become very disappointed and for the price you pay, you are not getting what you pay for!

Good Child Care, Administration Has Opportunities for Improvement. There is no doubt that the teachers in the classrooms love the kids and thrive on their learning and care. However, the administration room certainly has for improvement in terms of handling interactions with parents and delivering clear communications. Parents pay a good dollar for this childcare, and expectations follow accordingly.

Satisfied with educational enviroment, not thrilled with administration attitude. My children have been attending CELC for almost a year. There is no doubt that they have learned SOOOO much at this school. The teachers are very caring and nurturing. The rates are a tiny bit above avg, and increase by $10+/- every 6mo so be prepared. The only complaint we have is that the administrative staff leaves something to be desired. They are professional, but not friendly. Some days its hard to get them to look up from the computer to say good morning. The facility is beautiful, new and thoughfully planned and organized. The children have educational fun and programs are available for addtl $ (computer, spanish, tumblebus, etc). Overall I would reccommend CELC. Just wish the ladies (Asst Directors and Directors) in the front office were more "people" persons.

special needs. My child has autism and I have never had any problems with the teachers helping him. They are not equipped to handle children who are severely special needs. They gave my numbers of people who can help him.

Disappointing Experience. Great care for children without any special needs. However, the staff is lazy and resentful if asked for any special considerations or help for a child. After several conversations with teachers and director and many months of my child not being provided with the help needed I finally had to remove my child from the center. If your child has any developmental problems that require minimal extra care, do not send them here.

Great daycare. My daughter has been at this daycare for over 4 years and I've never had a problem. The staff is great, they really take time with the kids.

Excellent choice. My daughter started here at 18 months and the staff always made her feel welcome, she was running out of my arms and into her teachers when I dropped her off in no time. Made it much easier to leave her there each day. We moved away and I had to move her around daycares because none of the centers in our new city were ever as good. I shopped and shopped and could never find a place as good as Enchanted. Luckily we moved back and she will have a spot here. I am so excited. Excellent choice for child care. Highly recommended from me. Wish I had more room, I could go on forever about this place.
