Does not stand behind their warranty.... We bought a LG Plasma television from Conn's last year, the control/main board went out, we called them because the television was only about 8 months old, they sent someone out, he stated what the problem was said the part had to be ordered, we had to call them about two weeks later to find out the part was in, they made an appointment to fix it, he called said he was on side on the road they loaded the wrong part, two hours passed called the guy sent us to voicemail, called office they said they wasn't sure what happened, the part never came in as soon as it does they would fix the television , called a supervisor threated to get a laywer said it would take up to 30 days to get the part, he gave me LG's number said to call them, I did they made the appoinment the for today and replaced the part television works fine, WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM AGAIN...TEVELISION HAD BEEN BROKE FOR A MONTH AND ALL IT TOOK WAS 30 MINUTES TO FIX.....CONN'S IS A CON
