Number 1 A+ custom home builder. We built our first home with Gary Lee (owner, president) and Adam Josef (vice president) of Watermark Builders. High quality and meticulous workmanship are never easy and building a custom home is not a stroll through the park. Gary Lee and Adam Josef are honor, professional and caring builders. They would rather give up a little of the profit for commitment in their promise for customer satisfaction and high-end custom homes. The price of their custom homes are fair, competitive and of great value. They will not abandon you after completion of the home. They are very responsive and continue to address any concern we might have. I highly recommend them and would have them build my second home. Great home builder. When we were interviewing home builders a couple of years ago, we decided to go with Watermark Homes due to their reputation in the Bellaire area. Their construction cost were not the cheapest, but reasonable enough for us, considering that they are well know for taking care of their customers. We were not disappointed. Wish the construction could move a little faster, but at the end, we were very happy homeowners. Would definitely build again with Watermark.
