I LOVE Brickhouse Bridal. This was my first appointment to try on bridal gowns and it couldn't have been better! Yvette was my consultant and I can't recommend her enough! While I was worried about shopping on a Saturday and how busy it would be (which is was), she made me feel like it was all about me, my mom and my brother (who accompanied me). They let you pick 6 dresses initially by yourself and then the consultant will go off of what you picked, liked, and didn't like. After trying on my first few dresses, Yvette pulled an amazing Paloma Blanca dress for me, which ended up being my dream dress. While the style was completely opposite of what I had originally pictured myself in, she assured me that it fit my style, wedding theme and looked great. And to be sure she decked me out in a gorgeous belt, and necklace, of which I ordered both! She was so respectful of my budget and really took to heart what my mom as well as my brother had to say. The salon itself is gorgeous and so well organized. All of the consultants and managers that I spoke to were all incredibly helpful and reassuring. I received an email just a few days ago (about two weeks after ordering) to let me know of the expected date of arrival for my dress, which is almost 6 months from the day of ordering. I can't wait to see it and try it on again. Truly can't say enough good things about the salon, Yvette, and all of the consultants and managers at Brickhouse- amazing!

BB was the first store I had ever tried wedding dresses on at -- and it was definately the way to kick off the process. The store is new, clean, and the dresses are easy to look at and view. As mentioned by other reviewers, you are given 5 clips in the beginning to mark the first dresses you want to try on. You are on your own for this part of the process but after that my attendant was very attentive and very helpful. She (I unfortunately do not remember her name) was very easy to talk to but not overbearing. She helped me get in and out of the dresses, clip them all, and continued to bring me dresses that she thought I might like. Most of all, I loved the selection of dresses at this store. They had many more modern dresses (ie my style) than the other store I visited that day. While I found many dresses that were beautiful at BB, I just wasn't able to find "the" dress. I definitely recommend BB be on the list of "go-to" places for brides starting their dress shopping!

DEF recommend! Called them in a bind after a disaster at another place - Fit me in right away within hours!! I found my beautiful Pronovias dress in about 40 minutes!! :)) Everyone is super nice and really good at helping find what you are looking for - My budget was up to $2,000 and she picked about 11 dresses in that range. Designer labels in all sizes at a reasonable price - I also got my veil the same day. Check it out!

I bought my wedding dress there at a sample sale, after visiting several other boutiques. The rules of the sample sale was that you could try on 2 or 3 dresses at a time for a max of 30 minutes. I was one of the last ones to try on dresses (I stood in line for at least an hour), so they let me try on more dresses. I got a great deal: $400 for a $1300 dress. That left me plenty of money to do alterations on the hem & add sleeves and a different neckline :)

Wonderful experience there, but of course it was...I found my dress. My consultant was very helpful and sweet. I liked that once you go in, you tag a couple of dresses that you want to start with then my consultant came over and asked what I liked about each and continued to ask questions and try and read my expressions as they were on. She ended up pulling my dress and then when I was hesitant, she brought out another similar so I could know that I definitely liked that first dress more. I had a blast there and got my dress in more than a month earlier than told. I got a Save the Date email when it'd come in and then when it did and had fun forwarding that to everyone I knew I was so excited. They ask you to come in before or after hours to pick up your dress so there is no traffic since you no longer have a sampler, which was very nice. I just brought my mom and two sisters. I got to try on veils and accessories in a quiet intimate setting which we enjoyed.

Brickhouse bridal had a huge selection of beautiful dresses. They have dresses for any budget and any size girl. The saleswomen were very attentive and helpful and truly made this a great experience. I would suggest anyone looking for a dress to go here. I got my dream dress and I just wish I could wear it again!

I give my wedding dress consultation & consultant a 5 star rating. Abigail is awesome! i attended the trunk show for Simone Carvalli, and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service i received. i made my appointment the day before, and was excited they still had an opening for me. i had read the other reviews online that were not such a pleasant experience for others so i was worried, but had been looking at the Simone Carvalli dresses for sometime, so i couldn't pass up the trunk show.

I ordered my dress from Brickhouse Bridal in March of 2010. The sales associate was very kind and professional. I picked a Watters and Watters dress that was part of a truck show case so I got a really great deal on it! I even had the chance to meet the designer herself. My dress was ready in July of 2010. So overall I was very satisfied with my experience.

I was a bit anxious about shopping for a wedding gown, but the staff at Brickhouse was so professional and was such a pleasure to work with. My consultant, Casey, was amazing and truly made my shopping experience an easy, stress-free process. She was not pushy or over complimentary but helpful and professional and really listened to me. I ended up finding my perfect dress and I really believe it is because of my awesome consultant. I was referred to Brickhouse by several friends and now I know why so many people work with Brickhouse Bridal!
