I went in and saw Dr. Cash, she was super sweet and seemed very anxious to help me get a scar fixed that i've had since I was a child. Two months later and about 5 emails I have yet for her staff to give me the total price of the procedure....something I need in order to figure out when I can afford to have the surgery. My emails have never been responded to after they said the last time "they would get back to me". Dr. Cash, if you are reading this...you're staff is awful!
Pros: Very nice doctor who seems anxious to help

I went to Dr. Cash for my breast augmentation. WOW, is all I can say. Prior to choosing Dr. Cash, I met with five of the alleged "best plastic surgeons." None of them came close to what she provided. For starters, she is a woman and can speak openly about the procedure from her personal experience. Second of all, she was honest and never made me feel rushed. I sent her staff a list of 50 questions before my consult, when I got there, she had written the answers and went over every question with me personally. Not many doctors will do that for you. Then after the consult, I told her I still needed to meet with a few other surgeons. She didn't make me feel bad and she sent me a hand written note thanking me for the opportunity to be considered. Another WOW factor. Once I chose her and she had the deposit, her level of service was still the same. She even let me come back MULTIPLE times to try on different sizes so that I could get what I wanted and she gave me her opinion to help me make the decision. (One dr said he didn't advise on size, what you see is what you get. WHATEVER!) After surgery, she peronally called me daily. Not something she had to do and she asked who would be taking care of me. She called them to talk about emotions after surgery and how I would feel. She really cared. She is a woman, she has been in my shoes After surgery, she never left me waiting in the office to see her for more than 10 minutes, she says she doesn't ever overbook, she has professional clients with demanding schedules. Also, when I called her answering service, all calls were returned by her within 5 minutes. My breasts look great and natural. She is an artist and surgeon. And because she is a woman, she took the time to make sure things looked natural, NO ROCKS IN SOCKS. If you choose this doctor, you can't go wrong. I have sent 4 friends to her since, they have all had the same experience. THANK YOU DR. CASH.
