Before I began writing my review, I read few descriptions about Sabine Lofts. All what is mentioned is that how the apartment has a nice view, fantatic view etc. It is totally true, it has a nice view IF you live in the apartment that faces downtown, otherwise it is not true. Now, the problem is not the view. The problem is the noise. If I can not sleep at night because of the noises, who cares even if the apartment made out of diamond and has a sea view. I and my wife are currently living on the second floor (Dec 19, 2006). We have such retarded/imbecile neighboors that do NOT sleep at night and DO sleep during the day. Yes, they have nothing to do. When the money comes from their family, they do NOT have a single clue about real life. Literally, they are useless people. Every single night, I and my wife are woken up by these idiots around 2:30 am and it countinous until 5:30 am when It is already time for me to go work. When you tell to the manager about this problem, you would almost cry for their emotions and helpless situation. As if the manager itself needs help. It is really unbelievable. Believe me. When it comes for rent or other stuff, they speak like parrot and try to be nice. When it comes to fix, improve or take care of something (such as noise), manager is useless and really hopeless. The interior walls between apartments or bedrooms is another nightmare. You can literally hear every single word spoken. and all conversations are such idiotic that you would really not believe. The floors of the apartments are another problem. Living room wood, the remaining is concrete materials. They make very very annoying noise when someone walks on top of your apt or in the coridor with their fancy high heel shoes in the middle of the night.Therefore, one has to be really carefull when you rent an apartment if you care for your sleep.I am moving out in Feb.
