If you don't mind being disrespected or treated like a disturbance than this is the place to go! The owner, Loralei Zwitt has absolutely NO people skills whatsoever! Long story short; I didn’t appreciate the way she was talking down on us, like as if our presences was bothering her. I asked her why she was being so rude to us and she responded with "because I can". When I walk in to a place of business I like to feel welcomed...appreciated, not in this place! The OWNER, Loralei Zwitt told me she didn't care if I was an usatisfied customer...”people are on a waiting list to see me.” Well, Loralei Zwitt, you need to change that nasty little attitude of yours or that "waiting list" will no longer exist. Not Recommended

I don't think the owner really likes dog owners. She treats us like we are stupid instead of helping us through our issues. If we knew the answers, we wouldn't be seeking her help...... Really kind of mean to her students.
Pros: Nice facility
Cons: Hostile towards owners
