Great service friendly and accomidating. I have been troubled with my legs getting cellulite and sagging skin. Although I have been an avid workout person my entire life I found that my age has decreased my skin elasticity even though I'm very petite and way 96 pounds. Sousan has given me great recommendations on fixing the issue and I'm finding good results as per her recommendations. A special thanks to Maria who has been using the vielaspa on my legs. she is very kind and has been wonderful explaining the procedure and has worked hard to help me accomplish my goal

Worst Rude customer service. I had purchased a groupon deal from Sousan Medspa. The coupon expired. Groupon had promised that even though coupon has expired actual value will not be lost. When I called the Sousan Medpa, this lady Sousan was so rude, she hung up the phone on me.

Groupon coupons are supposed to be like a gift card. However, the lady was not willing to honor that.

This is what groupon customer service said:

The best thing to do at this point is to contact the business directly. In accordance with Groupon's terms of service, businesses will be required to accept your Groupons for no less than the price you paid.

To access and reprint your expired Groupons, please sign into your account at groupon and click on the Expired tab.

Amazing lift without the surgery. I had been recommended to Sousan about a year and a half ago. I have had several different types of treatment, the latest which was the laser facial lift. What an amazing outcome! I am 60 yo and my skin is very thin and fair. This was a great change and without having to have my face carved up and stretched. The staff is always accommodating and friendly and appointments are promptly met. I HIGHLY recommend this as one of the best bargains in town for men or women.

A Pleasant Surprise. I bought a Groupon, $220 worth of services for $100, before reading the reviews. Afterwards I wondered if I would come to regret the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised. The Groupon said it had to be used in one trip. That was not the case. The first time, I got the silk peel facial and the body wrap. The body wrap didn't impress me, but the silk peel facial was terrific. This is the facial that costs $120. I doubt I would pay that much, but it definitely was worth $55-$60 part of the Groupon it cost me. Maya did the facial in a room with subdued light and music. She quite freely spoke to me when I asked a question, but I was grateful that there wasn't mindless chatter to distract from the serenity. That facial lasted a little over an hour.and included a neck, shoulder, and arm massage. A month later I returned to use the $50 balance of my Groupon on a European facial. Frances did this facial. It wasn't as elaborate as the silk peel, but included a neck, shoulder, arm and FOOT massage. That's the first time I got a foot massage as part of a facial!!!. It took about 50 minutes, and was well worth the $25 part of the Groupon it used up. I was a tax specialist so I know tax is not charged on services. I was prepared to point that out to them if they asked me to pay taxes; however, they didn't ask. I paid the tip in cash both times. As I left I was offered the opportunity to buy another $220 Groupon for $100. I said I would like to buy it in late August since that timing works better for. No problem. I have the feeling that Sousson doesn't necessarily stick to the restrictions on the Groupon.

Terrible facials!. First of all I have to say that I am a facial connoisseur. I love getting facials and I've had them at many different places all over town. So I know a thing or two about whats involved. And I have to say this is the worst facial I've ever had. First of all, my 60-minute facial lasted a whole 40 minutes. When I entered the room, the therapist told me I didn't have to change into a drape. In other words, she said just leave my shirt on. Right away, I thought she taking short cuts, because a facial involves massaging your neck and shoulders too. She did not do any extractions, manually or mechanically. Her technique was so rough that I felt that she was pushing and poking my face more that massaging. Every time she applied a different cleanser or scrub or cream..., she would wipe it off with the same towel. After a few times of that, the little face towel was completely cold. There was no mask, which I'm used to getting everywhere else. Maybe I got different service because I only paid $40 for the groupon. I think I would have cried if I had to pay whatever their full price was for what I got.

Great service, okay results. The atmosphere of the spa was great - very quiet and peaceful, soft music in the background, and very nice staff. I went in for the "burn 2000 calories" infrared body wrap, and I had bought the groupon for $40. I didn't go in expecting much, and that's kind of what I got. The website claims you'll drop one dress size and lose water weight - neither has happened for me. It was great for detoxifying and cleansing your body, but I do not feel thinner or lighter as a result. Worth the $40, not worth the full price ($150).

Houston's Best Med Spa. I have been to many of Houston's med spas but none as exceptional as this! Not only did I get amazing results, but the staff is very friendly and they made me feel like royalty!

I decided to go to this Spa because I had heard other great reviews from my girlfriends. I got the velashape done. After a few sessions my cellulite was gone and I was ready for the summer! I also enjoyed getting this done because the staff taught me tricks to keeping my cellulite down and so far it has paid off! I also got laser hair removal done on my legs and under arms. To tell the truth I was skeptical because I have thick hair after many years of shaving. Fortunately, after the first sessions I started seeing results! Now I'm 6 sessions in and I haven't shaved in weeks!

I highly recommend Sousan's Med Spa not only because of the friendly staff and beautiful new location, but most importantly because the results are amazing! Stop hopping around to different med spas like I used to do and just go to Sousan's Med Spa!

Cash Only??. I called to set up an appointmetn because of a great sounding deal for Sousan that came in the weekly coupon mailer. I checked it online at the review sites. Strangely, almost all the sites I went to had 8 reviews and they were the same on each site. (red flag #1) When I called, the person on the phone was very hard to understand. It took three attempts for her to make it understandable that they had recently relocated. The name of the spa she gave me, was not Souson. (red flag #2) She verified that the ad price was correct but then said it would be cash only. (red flag #3) It seemed like dropping $800 cash to a place I've never heard and had changed names was kind of shady. I politely told her, thanks anyway. I'll take my money somewhere else.

I may have missed out on a great deal. But atleast I won't lose sleep at night over it.

Any Woman?s paradise. This salon is clean, stylish and so cozy. I love the owner and her staff. They are all so skilled and friendly. They make you feel like million dollars every time. I highly recommend this place.

Adios ugly body hair!. I am body hair free!!! Sousan?s laser hair removal treatment works wonders!!

After I heard horror stories about serious burns and painful sessions about laser hair removal, I was very nervous about it, but Sousan?s top of the line equipment and staff is safe and effective. No burns, but just a bit of heat sensation on sensitive areas (i.e. bikini line, underarms) but similar to waxing, and it lasts only seconds. The work on my legs was pain free. The spa facilities are beautiful and inviting, it makes you relax !! The treatment covers 5 sessions and if you need to come back for some touch up work, Sousan will take care of it. I totally recommend it, it has been one of the best money investments I have made.
