I got to know the Sousan Med spa through a groupon for laser hair removal. The coupon gave me unlimited visits for a whole year. Fabiola was the technician that worked with me, and she was great! She's was professional, and very kind. I got the service promised and the results I've expected. Therefore I can't complaint about the service. Most of the time they were very prompt in getting me on time. If you are associating SPA with the idea of luxury, or have someone offer you a drink, then this is not the place you are looking for.

That's so true! The owner lady Sousan is unprofessional and has no concept of customer service!! She is very rude, immature has no idea about how to talk with customer. Sadly, I feel really bad for all those friendly staff. Technicians are not the best (except Faviola though but she isn't there anymore) Their machines are two type as old/new in different rooms which confuses you about which type you should pick and done each time for treatment.

I'm done with 6 treatments so far I can barely see good results because of Sousan's disputatious attitude in during treatment and not being attentive covering for all areas. All she cares about is making money and given you no good service by herself!

I highly not recommend this place to anyone (for groupon customers as well)

Sousan only want to make easy, quick money on customers and acting very rude when you told about your concerns. I don't care about artistic decorations in the front as well as broadcasting classical music when you're waiting for treatment on comfortable couch. Firstly, this place supposed to give you convincing service which is not willing to do it to anyone who does not accept to be fooled!

I love this place. Of all the laser hair removal places I've been to this place is the best. The atmosphere and staff are so nice and welcoming. I've always felt comfortable. Most importantly the laser they use is so effective. I've tried 4 other laser hair removal places and the results are in no comparison to Sousan MedSpa. My 1 year worth of laser is up, but I'm definitely coming back for future apointments and treatments.

I LOVE THIS PLACE..... I went to this place after my Mother In Law told me about her past experience at the spa, sure enough I stopped by one day the staff members were so friendly and polite. ill definitely be back to see them soon, and tell my friends about this place. this is really paradise the salon is clean and professional. I love the owner SOUSAN and her staff. They make you feel like your home/

I have had the skin tightening as well as photo facial treatments and could not be more pleased. Sousan herself is very knowledgable, personable and professional. I noticed and continue to see fantastic results. I'm going to continue for maintenance on an ongoing basis!

I purchased the one year of unlimited laser hair removal on 3 spots and I have been going to Sousan MedSpa since December 2011. I have not had any problems with scheduling or waiting. They are always on time and the MedSpa is a Beautiful place. Great Service. This place gets my vote all the way!!

I'm surprised to read the negative "tips" here. I bought an unlimited laser hair removal package at the end of last year and have been going every 5 weeks since then. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes (I usually go on lunch break--so somewhere b/t 11-1) I've had staff perform the treatment and Sousan has performed my treatments twice--everyone was professional and friendly. I got some prices from Sousan for some IPL treatments and plan to do them this winter. She priced them very competitively. I love this place.

Avoid this place!!!!Buyers BEWARE!!! Bought through Bloomspot 6 laser hair removal treatments & paid in advance. Receptionist called on first visit & asked me to re-schedule @ a later time due to over-booking & told them no problem. Upon second visit due to 32 mile drive away & construction told them would be running late & was rudely told this is not “Target” by owner. Asked for a refund due to do not want to be talked to in this manner & was told emphatically NO REFUND!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! The owner is rude and a fraud! I bought 2 vouchers on dealfind for the 1 yr of unlimited laser hair on 3 body parts and I was receiving treatments for full legs for about 6 months before the owner decides to tell me that she has decided to no longer do upper legs anymore as it was expensive and that I would only be receiving lower legs from now on. I proceeded to show her the voucher that clearly states that upper legs was part of the deal and that she should fulfill her commitment to those customers who have already paid for the treatment. The owner is unprofessional and has no concept of customer service!! Oh and if you make an appointment, plan on waiting at least 30mins if not more as they are always overbooked and running behind!! I have never felt the need to write a bad review, but I feel it's my obligation to warn people against this place!!! There are tons of other spas in Houston with great customer service and that won't cheat you out of your money! Trust me when I say.. Avoid this place!!!

Great Service. The prices are great and the people are nice. The office is neat, tidy and feels like a spa. definitely recommended!
