good listener. i thought she was very nice and she really tries to listen to your concerns, not just give you an expensive perscription. I would highly recommend her

Very disappointing service!. I have been to Dr. Mullans for 2 visits and dealing with her inconsiderate office staff led me to change doctors. I waited for 1+ hours to see her (even when I had the first appointment of the day for one visit), and had to wait a couple of weeks before her nurse would finally return my phone calls. I certainly don't have the time to deal with the long waits nor to wait around for weeks to get an answer to my questions.

Long waits and inconsiderate service!. I went to Dr. Mullans for the first time in October 2007 during my lunch hour at work. I showed up and the receptionist informed me that she was running behind and it would be about an hour wait. So I went and grabbed lunch and came back 45 minutes later and was told that I would be in shortly. I waited another HOUR (and I was the only person in the waiting room), meanwhile watching pharmaceutical saleswomen waltz in and out and listening to them chat in the back. I finally got in and Dr. Mullans was very nice and recommended that I come back for a follow-up appointment.

I decided to give her a second chance, so I made another appointment during a less busy time for her. The next time I showed up, I waited an hour in the waiting room, and then was taken back to the exam room. A nurse took down my information and said the doctor would be in shortly. I then waited by myself in the exam room for 45 MINUTES, listening to Dr. Mullans chat with people in the next room and in the hall. I was finally fed up with my 2 hour doctor visit and I told the receptionist that I was leaving and would not be returning. To top all of this off, I got a BILL for my second appointment and I never even saw the doctor!

I would not recommend Dr. Mullans unless you have an entire day to waste sitting in her office!

Great Doctor. I found Dr. Mullans through CitySearch and it did not let me down. She has an excellent bedside manner in that she spent plenty of time with me to be sure all of my questions were answered, her witty quick-fire banter was disarming, and her staff was excellent. I would highly recommend her for anyone needing a dermatologist.

Great service. Dr. Mullans made me feel comfortable during my first visit to her office. She was also very fun and energetic and addressed all of my concerns. I came home with prescription samples that lasted me quite some time. I have since recommended that my boyfriend see her for his facial acne problems.

A Great Dermatologist. I started seeing Dr. Mullans about a year ago and I am consistently impressed with the quality of care she and her staff provide. Dr. Mullans is willing to work with me to come-up with treatment plans that fit my needs, she never makes my visits feel rushed (in fact, she has consistently spent over an hour and a half discussing my concerns during appointments) and she keeps hours that accommodate for the working professional.
