Best Customer Service ever received at Retail Store!!!. The women working in this store make every visit special. There are always warm fresh chocolate chip cookies, cold water in the summer, and hot coffee or cider in the winter. After just a couple of visits they'll remember you by name, and help you find the perfect pieces for either yourself or a gift. Speaking of gifts, they have always wrapped everything I've ever purchased beautifully - and for FREE. I just love coming into the store on my lunch breaks because it's so much fun and it's like shopping with girlfriends when I'm there. There's always something new coming out, and I can order what I want if it's not in stock. All in all this is the most girly, spoil-me-rotten store, that makes me believe that there really are people in retail who love their jobs and love making customers like me happy.
