Find this salon by turning onto MID LANE instead of the Bank's parking lot. The salon is behind the bank. Had a living social coupon and redeemed it yesterday. ERICK did a great job on my hair. Very happy with my new look. Salon is HARD to find!

Erick is Houston's best-kept secret. I've been going to Erick since I moved to Houston a year ago and I'm SO glad I found him. Every time I think he's done his best work, I go back and he amazes me again. He's incredibly intuitive and knows what you want even if you don't!

One time I was joking and asked if he could just "make me look thinner." And, I kid you not, he gave me a hair style that flattered my face and body. He's not messing around. Don't let the tattoos fool you -- he knows what he's doing!

Book your appointment ASAP, ladies, because every person I've recommended him to has gone and fallen in love!

JASNA-hair stylist for LIFE. I have been going to Jasna for many years and will continue that's for sure. She did an amazing job with my color, highlights and cut. Everytime I get my hair done I feel like a new woman. She intuitively knows the kind of cut that will look good on people. She has a great personality, is friendly and energetic. I highly recommend Jasna to anyone that wants a great look. By the way Figaro Salon & Spa is specious and clean place where you will feel confortable.

Top people inside (despite mediocre atmosphere). Though the salon is definitely not an "uptown" salon, it has some of THE best artists (hair & makeup) I've yet to discover AND at prices that don't break your wallet. Julie Pruett (friendly yankee) is worth $500 for a color though she charges nowhere near that, trust me, I go to hear monthly! I have been told I have the same identical color as Jennifer Aniston (& I'm quite a bit older than her). She knows the numbers, blends all the colors, keeps the cut dusted (as the pros call a monthly cutting of the hair that leaves so little hair as to appear as dust) which makes it all the more awesome. Her work is stellar & she makes the experience fun! Discovered an incredible makeup artist there as a sidebar - Navid has THE best mineral foundation (far better than anything you could buy over the counter), and she too has the personality of an angel. These women make it worth your while to at least check it out. Whether it's tri-color blonde, natural brunette or just a couple of highlights (of whatever shade) while enriching your own natural color, you simply cannot go wrong. Navid has more tricks up her sleeve than you could imagine and sells fabulous makeup, from lash building products (out long before Latisse & safe for blue eyes) to foundation, eye makeup & over-the-top mascara that does NOT clump no matter what. Simply said, outstanding. If I moved away from here, I'd have to come back monthly JUST for these two women!!
