This is the worst possible dry cleaner you could use. The Holcomb location lost 2 pieces of my clothing and denied it for over a week. They told me my clothes were there, I went 4 times and I still don't have my clothes. They also charged me for the dry cleaning my missing clothes and I have never been refunded. I had to call three different locations just to find out how to proceed in getting a refund, which I still haven't received. I have called the owner 15-20 times and never got a return phone call. I finally got him on the phone one day, you can't leave him a voice mail because it is always full. He stated he was sending me a check, I have yet to see the check. This place has awful customer service when something goes wrong and don't expect to see a refund without legal action. Some of the employees are rude and the owner takes no responsibility for losing your clothing.

I am new to the area and I will never use LeBon again! They advertise 50% OFF all Dry-Cleaning and the price is still $3.71 after the 50% deduction. That is ridiculous! $3.71 is already highway robbery as it is. They did not even do a good job pressing my pants/shirts. Someone please let me know how a place can charge over $7 for dry-cleaning?
