I purchased a bedroom set 2 weeks ago and the toxic off-gassing odor is unbearable and fills my house. It makes me sick. I'm pregnant and I'm afraid what the fumes are doing to me and my unborn child. I wanted to return it because I can't live with it or use it. I explained to Exclusive the problem and my situation in regards to being pregnant. Exclusive would not take it back. They said they'd send someone out to make a determination to see if they will allow me an exchange. They never did. I don't want a different set with the same problem, just a return/refund. I don't want to exchange for the same problem. So now I'm stuck with this. So be aware of what you purchase. I never thought I'd pay someone $1000 to make myself sick.

wow,such a wonderful place to buy a furniture,excellent customer service,excellent furniture,and more over affordable,and if a person does not even have a budget they can even help you out with the finance.lots of option to decorate anyone home with beautiful furniture.i am glad that i have visited this place,because i am very choosy but when i went in here i was very comfortable with every thing out there.

I strongly Recommend Exclusive Furniture's. I purchased a King Size mattress and a Bed from Exclusive Furniture's. Their service was excellent. They are prompt on their service. The delivery people were so patient and calm. I had to repair the foot board of the bed. The delivery people came in immediately and replaced the entire things for me. That was just amazing. I really appreciate your service. Their prices are very reasonable. I moved around a lot of stores while i purchased my furniture but theirs are the best quality and most effortable prices.

Worst furniture experience ever! When i first bought my furniture everything went ok. I went with the in house financing because it seemed like an ok deal as long as i paid it off within 90 days . After finally getting my furniture delivered after a few cancellations they actually delivered the wrong chaise for my sectional. I was told that if i kept the incorrect piece that i would receive a discount of $50 , so i kept it and never recieved my discount... My "Ashley" Sectional fell apart very quickly after light use ( the back actually came completely off!) so I was actually glad that the salesman added the the extended warranty ($150) even though i didnt want it. It was a long and adruous process to put in the paper work to have my furniture replaced but after 6 months the warranty company finally gave approval for my furniture to be replaced.. so i figured it would be easy sailing from there... not true! I have had to go to the store on 3 different occasions and when i finally picked out my replacement ( they no longer sell the original which i LOVED) I'm told that i have to pay $500 difference even though my sectional cost the same price because for some reason the actual price of my sectional was not on the reciept! So they are claiming that i paid $500 less than i actually did. I was told that they add 15% when you do in store financing.. I was NEVER told this when i purchased my furniture nor is it on ANY of the paperwork! I decided to give up on that issue and asked that they give me list of sectionals that would be in the price range of what they claimed i paid and was told that i would recieve an email the same day. My husband called every day for a week where the same manager promised every day for a week that he would "get right on it" . When i finally called for myself I was told that the manager that we originally spoke with would be on vacation for the next 10 days and i would have to wait.. after finally speaking to another manager that swore he would take care of it , i was promised a call back and have called back every day for yet another week. The managers are actually actively avoiding me!! So unprofessional! This situation is beyond ridiculous. I guess Im getting what i deserve for shopping at a sub par furniture store. I am a VERY unhappy customer.. but of course they dont care because they already have my money.

Don't trust everything you read on the internet. I recently bought a sofa and chair from Exclusive Furniture. My first delivery date was cancelled due to the sofa "not being in stock" after I was told it was in stock by the salesman. In a panic I checked online for customer reviews as well as a BBB listing. I was shocked and very worried I had ordered from the wrong company. The BBB rating was horrible. Luckily my furniture WAS delivered as promised the second time, it looks great, and the delivery personnel were very courteous. The problem I have with Exclusive Furniture is two days after I received my furniture, I was contacted and told I could receive a $50 check if I wrote positive reviews. I would be given the websites to which they wanted me to send and all I would have to do is copy my comments and email them to Exclusive. I declined. Make sure you know what you're getting into. If you can buy a good review I'm not sure I would trust them again.

I highly recommend Exclusive Furniture. We were shopping for our son's big boy bed. After comparing a few other stores that promised to have the bed "in a few days", we visited Exclusive Furniture and purchased the bed we wanted at a lower price than the other stores and we picked it up the next day. Great service too!
