Terrible Customer Service. I have been in this store twice and it's unbelievable how rude they are there. Forget being greeted when you walk in, I asked for help with a dress I saw in the window and i barely got a response. The chubby girl behind the counter won't even look up at you. Too bad because the clothes are really cute and unique. I ended up taking the designer name from the dress in the window and buying it online. I won't go back!

Cute clothes/things but HORRIBLE customer service. i ordered something from soho and had it shipped out of state. I had to call in FOUR different times to ask for a tracking number so i could track my package and see the estimated arrival date. Not only did they give me false information of when it was supposed to arrive, they also kept transferring me between sales associates and managers, kept saying they would call me back, and never did. this happened MULTIPLE times-- even after one personally promised to call back, she never did. this will be my FIFTH time calling in- and i STILL have not gotten a tracking number, a call back, or any kind of help. they act like i'm a burden when i call in, but i'm a customer that should NOT have had to call in more than twice max, if not only ONCE. also when they answer their phones they are extremely unfriendly and sound like they have MUCH better things to do. i'm severely disappointed in their customer service and the way they handle business. very, VERY unprofessional.

Absolutely Awful Experience. Reading the reviews on this place just makes me laugh because they are SO true. As everyone can see, the owners of this lack luster establishment, are actually quite lack luster themselves. The only good store is the one located on Memorial, and that is because none of the owners work there. I stopped shopping at the Woodway location a while back because of the way they treat their customers. They assume that they are doing us all a huge favor by allowing us to shop there, when in fact, we are the ones paying THEIR bills. The clothes are cute, but over priced, and if you do your research, you will find that both Neiman's and Saks put the exact same merchandise on sale MONTHS before the brainiacs over at SOHO do. Plus, a little fun fact for those inquiring: The one good write up on this place (written by Lasier) was actually done by one of the owners. I guess desperate times really do call for desperate measures.

Owner and Daughter Win Rudeness Award. I cannot believe people who own a store can mistreat their customers in such a disgusting manner. My review is don't shop there.

Needs a attitude adjustment in the woodway store. I usually shop at woodway, since it is close to my house. The owner and his daughter lack luster, and in particular the daughter, she acts like she is doing one a favor by waiting on you. If I ask a question about a clothing item, I swrear they roll their eyes when they have to answer. The only reason why this shop succeeds is the fact that they do have a wide variety, but nothing with a bit of work that I can't find on line and usually for less. They need an overhaul in the management and their attitudes, and this could become a wonderful store in which to shop, and they do need to get their prices in line on many of their clothing lines. Overall I give them a 3, in this economy if they have any business savy, they wil work hard to build customer relations.

SOHO on Memorial is the BEST. SOHO is a great retail outlet but the ONLY good store out of all the SOHO's is the one Memorial Drive. The other stores have rude and unfriendly staff however the store on Memorial has the most wonderful manager, even with the skimpy inventory she has compared to the other stores.. She is helpful, knowledgable, compassionate and a real professional. I spend A LOT of money shopping and I would never recommend another store. Such a personal touch!!! Such fantastic and tasteful choices of clothing.

SOHO on Memorial. Out of the 4 locations they have in Houston, I seem to enjoy shopping at the one on Memorial in between Wilcrest and Kirkwood the best! Although it is a smaller store than the others, it has a great selection and the staff is the MOST FRIENDLY!! Several times when I have shopped at the Woodway location, employees have been a bit stuck up, not greeting and NO SMILING!!! That makes shopping with them no fun at all, they should enjoy their job.

Review of Rice Village Location. This is my favorite store of the Soho locations. It is larger and cleaner than the other stores and therefore easier to see the merchandise. They also have a large selection of tweens clothing which has a great selection of clothing for young girls. My 10 year old daughter loves Soho and refuses to shop anywhere else. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The return policy is a bit strick, but being a small boutique and not a corporate chain it is understandable; plus we shop their so often that store credit will always be used. In response to the previous review on the Village Location, I have never experienced any of the employees being rude or condescending. I am a regular shopper at this location and have only felt that the male manager is slightly unfriendly but nothing to complain about. Possibly you (shopmom) were just having a bad day.

Rice Village Location Review. My review refers to the store in RICE VILLAGE. The clothes are absolutely wonderful. The variety, styles, colors etc cannot be beat. Alexa helped me on two different occasions, and she is very friendly and sweet. Her manager is beyond rude. She behaved as if she was doing me a favor by allowing me the privilege of shopping in the store. Apparently no one has informed her that the customer is more important than she is. The prices for some things are OUTRAGEOUS, but for others are very reasonable. Not sure what the method is behind the pricing, but you do have to look at every tag, as the pricing seems inconsistent. Return policy is overly restrictive, with in store credit only for returns on SOME items within SEVEN days (personal items like purses are final sale). So, I loved the clothes, hated the manager's attitude, might go back, but not likely to that store location (mostly because of the manager). Since I go out to Woodway on a regular basis, I might switch my business to that location.
