Never let me down. Every time I have an event, I call and speak to Brad or Janet and they are both very helpful. They let me know if I'm ordering the correct items, and always do it with a smile. If they are out of an item, they call me and ask me if they can send me an upgrade instead. That is awesome!

They make my job much easier and I always refer them to others!

Great Experience. I used these guys last year and was surprised by the bad reviews. I had a great experience and everything was as it was promised. I would recommend them to anyone. I used my real name to post this review. Only when people are not allowed to hide will you get true reviews.

Competition is fierce in the party rental biz.. Three negative reviews posted on the same day? I smell competitor spamming. One a few days later actually lists the name and number of a competitor?

Nice to the little guy.. I called last weekend to get some tables chairs and linens for a backyard party for my grandmother. They had what I needed, and didn't make me feel like my order wasn't important even though it was small, like the other companies I called. I had a great experience and will continue to use them.

Lack of any type of service at all... Oh my goodness. First of all a lady picks up the phone with a tone like she doesn't want to be there. Second, I understand that my event is lterally right around the corner but DAMN! Does she really have to give attitude and make it sound and seem as if five o'clock can't come fast enough?! JEEZ-serioulsy-this company has major issues to deal with and I just don't even want to deal with them at all. The only way I will go through with my order is if I can't do it with the original vendor that I had it planned with.

BTW-does setting up tables and chairs take so long that you're going to have to do it the day before? Wow. This company really boggles my mind. If they want repeat customers and/or customers at all, they need to have a much nicer person answering phone calls and handling clients. Ridiculous.

PLEASE! Do not deal with these people who obviously only care about money. They do not put customers first. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not only does she handle it personally and does a GREAT and FANTASTIC job, she is RESONABLE with her prices. Literally HALF of what these people were charging me.

Customer service is of the utmost importance to us. it is unfortunate you had a bad experience in calling us. That is unacceptable and measures have been taken to prevent this from occurring again. Any Occasion Party Rental does everything we can to accommodate every order for every client. Occasionally our delivery schedule gets booked up, and last minute orders may no get their preferred delivery time. To accommodate these orders, as a courtesy to the customer, we often offer to schedule the delivery for the day before.

Unethical. I ordered some supplies 3 weeks ago and they gave me the wrong time to pick it up. When I went there, they are closed and they charged me for that. I called them and told them about the pick up times and the charges, They told me that I was wrong! They reluctant to refund the charges and luckily, I called my credit card company and they returned it. A simple mistake they made and they insist it's the customer's error.

Unfortunately, it seems you may have confused us with another company. Any Occasion has always had the same hours of operation since opening in 2001. We do not ordinarily charge a customer for not picking up their rentals like some companies do. After checking our records for November thru January, we have no record of any charges for orders that weren't picked up. We also do not have any credit card chargebacks. If a mistake has been made by Any Occasion, we are more than willing to correct it, as customer service is our #1 concern.

Bad Service!. Aztec party rental customer service is a lot better than this company. Their service is very slow and unprofessional. It took them forever to pick up the phone and they keep transfering the phone calls to different people. They kept you waiting for a long time.

We do our best to answer calls as quickly as possible. However, during the holiday season, due to the high volume of calls we receive, you may be put on hold if all of our associates are assisting other customers. Every call is important to us, so if someone is not immediately available to take your call, you always have the option of leaving a voice message and we will return your call ASAP.

Bad experience, Poor management. Vey bad experience. We are informed that we can pick up a champagne fountain on sat from 8 am to 5pm but they are closed. When I called them, they said that they are open from 8 to noon only and they claimed that I made the mistake. This is not good customer service. You never tell a customer that! They further claim that they did call me to pick it up, and they never did. They are very unprofessional when handling guest complaints. We all are in the service industry and that is not how you handle guest complaints by pushing all the fault to the guest. I know for sure they are the one who made the mistake and denying it!

We regret that there seems to have been some confusion with your reservation. For as long as Any Occasion has been in business, we have always closed at noon on Saturdays. We also have always had the policy to call every customer that has a reservation on Saturday morning, to remind them that we close at noon, so that no one misses picking up their order.
