I started out at Dahn because I felt like my body was always tight and stiff. I would wake up tired. My mind kept going non stop. I was starting to get headaches more often.
After just 2 classes I really can feel more relaxed. I slept last night for 5 hours straight. Which for me is a miracle! I was used to getting up every 2-3 hrs, or just not going to sleep until like 3am. I can feel my body loosen up too. What a difference 2 classes makes.
I am happy that I saw the sign driving by and decided at that moment to stop in. It was the best choice I have made in a long time.

I came Dahn center to get my body into better shape. What I did not expect was how doing Dahn Yoga would change My Body, Mind, and Life style.
I am not only losing weight and getting into a better physical shape but I am also bringing balance into the rest of my life. Through the exercises and breathing technique we use in Dahn Yoga I have learned to deal with stress in healthy ways.
All of the instructors and masters are truly gifted healers.
So if you were looking for a healthier life, physically, mentally, or spiritually I would recommend that you look into joining Dahn center.

Good for my body & my mind

Doing something physical helps move my energy and makes me think differently. It is nice to try something new to challenge myself in a different way. It is also I feel necessary to feed your body well and take care of yourself so you can take on new challenges.
It is important to know your body's condition, however to seek out options to add in to make your overall condition better and healthier.
The first few days I felt weak and I got runners knee. Now however taking care of my body, strength and stretching i feel my legs and heart getting stronger. I still have ways to go but this is a good beginning.
