In Short – Take the elevator up to the third floor to the tranquil space that houses Boustany's studio. In addition to the Boustany Method yoga favored by the studio (Robert Boustany is also one of the in-house instructors), classes include all levels of yoga; Hatha yoga; Forrest yoga; core conditioning; kid and family yoga; and prenatal, mom and baby yoga. Active beginner yoga and beginner/recuperative yoga classes are ideal for beginners who always receive special attention in class. –
BEST YOGA CLASSES ANYWHERE!

I'M NOT THAT GREAT AT YOGA, BUT THESE GUYS WERE SO UNDERSTANDING, I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL EMBARESSED...I WILL GO BACK AGAIN, AND AGAIN. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
- Pros: INSTRUCTORS, PRICE, UNDERSTANDING
Great for young professionals

Being young and active, I needed new challenges to change up my routine. Robert's classes offered a change of pace from my usual weight lifting and running but still gives me a great workout. He successfully combines physical knowledge of muscles, joints, and ligaments with more ethereal subjects such as energy pathways to give me a full understanding of each of the poses. He is very helpful and welcoming to new students, often paying more attention to them their first few times to class. He changes the routine so its never the same each class. Anyone who is active and serious about increasing overall flexibility and strength should definitely look into Robert's class.
- Pros: Expertise of Robert, Great Workout, Great Atmosphere
This place rocks!
by yogadelic
I've been to lots of yoga classes all over the city, and this is one place I definately keep coming back to. There are classes at this studio to fit all levels and types, even people with injuries! The classes range from gentle beginner & recouperative to advanced. The instructors at this studio are all very diverse, yet share much of the same vocabulary which makes it easier to take classes from many different teachers. This is one place where you will be challenged in every way, and the instructors create a safe and supportive environment for you to grow in.
- Pros: all levels, provides some mats, gentle teachers
