RIDICULOUSLY RUDE AND BAD SERVICE. I went to the Sandtrap grill and place a Togo order for chips and queso. After witnessing everyone else getting their dinner I then asked the cashier how much longer would it be before I get my order. With and unpleasant attitude she informed me that I had 12orders in front of mine. So I asked for my money back she said that she could not give me my money back because her manager was not there. After being embarrassed by the cashier, I spoke to another employee and requested a phone number where I could reach the manager. The cashier interrupts and says very loud and rudely makes sure you have my name as she throws my order to me. When I open the Queso there was SPIT floating on top of it. I would say to anyone far safety reasons DO NOT dine at the Sandtrap Grill. I WILL NEVER dine here again

Really Bad!. I went here two weeks ago with my boyfriend and the place was empty. At first we didn't think much of it and we sat at the bar. The bar tenders looked bothered when they had to actually work and prepare drinks for us. I ordered the fish tacos and I was so disapointed......you could hardly see any fish, it was bad, really bad. Aside from the mini, tiny fish strips the tortillas were cold. They were the worst fish tacos I have ever had. We could not wait long enough to get out of there. Don't go here, it's bad.

Decent Food, Super Slow service. My guy friends and I head over to this restaurant sometimes after work to play a couple of holes of golf and grab a bite to eat. The service is awful. I have been for lunch and happy hour and the service is always slow. They charge country club like prices for food and cold beer and trust me this is not a country club. T

Best food and service for price and view!!. I have been dining at The SandTrap Grill for many years now, and have yet to be dissapointed. The staff is very friendly and make you feel right at home. I recently had a party at the Grill and they treated 100 of my gust awsome. Thnaks Cyrus!

Great lunchtime crowd and after work hotspot Great grilled steaks and fries. Sandtrap Grill is off the beaten track inside of the U of Phoenix building on Beltway 8

The views are fabulous and relaxing overlooking the 18 hole Heron Lakes Golfcourse.

They serve great grilled steaks, fabulous fish tacos and try to do everything possible for

you to have a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and dinner is especially nice.

I eat there almost every day and you can't beat it.

great fish tacos and scenic view, a resort setting right off the beltway, accomodating and friendly staff. Sandtrap Grill has the best fresh salsa ever, anywhere. The grilled fish tacos are outstanding, along with

great juicy burgers and fabulous french fries. The setting is relaxing, and the staff are all friendly.

What a Pleasure. I have been going to the Sandtrap for a while now. I enjoy it more and more every time I go in. The food is excellent; the staff is extremely pleasurable to all customers. The price is right the atmosphere is beautiful. Happy hour is great, all 4 hours of it. I would recommend the SandTrap to anyone.
