Chloe is amazing!. Go see Chloe at Spring Salons! She's completely amazing. I've been going to her for almost a year now, and I've never once left the salon feeling anything less than gorgeous. I am VERY picky about my hair. I haven't had my natural color in so long that I've forgotten what it is! Chloe does a stellar job with color, highlights (I have ombre highlights & those aren't easy to do right), and cut also! I'm so thankful I found her!! I'm very brunette, and my best friend is very blonde, and we are both beyond happy with the color & highlight jobs Chloe has given us!
