Horrible Service Not To mention Horrible Buffet

I had someone pick up fried rice (chicken) I asked him to tell them I wanted it from the kitchen. In othern words made fresh not from the buffet. I called ask for the manager and Firstly I would lile to state very unprofessional and very argumentive. I have the reciept proof of purchase he kept insisting it was the wrong location. Making up excuses. The rice was horrible, it was not fresh and they refused to make it fresh. i will nver patronize the business again. I did'nt ask for it free I paid for it and expected it to be up to high standards. I will pass my experience around to the large corporation I work for. I cannot give them a rating becuase below poor. Lack of english. I don't think he understood becuase he kept arguing, now you tell me what restaurant would you go to, and get that type of service.

The Best Chinese Food!

This is the best Chinese food in the area! Incredible food, a great selection and a steal! Their buffet is the best I have eaten at and the service is extremely friendly. They have a great selection to choose from and it is a nice place to bring the children. The prices can't be beat for the quality and amount of choices. A+++
