Amazing Selection/Prices - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Okay, so this is overdue. I will never go to another smoke shop in Houston (even though there are plenty closer).

Most smoke shops have either a bad selection, or have a very corporate feel. Not this place. This place has a great variety, great prices, and is family owned and operated.

IMPORTANT PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

A few months back, I purchased a vaporizer at this place - I asked them why spend a few bucks more here vs. over the internet? They told me that they would give me a "warranty" on the product, and that if it broke they would replace it. Well...as it turns out...it broke after a few months(just got a defective product, NOT THE STORES FAULT). I came back to the store, and without hassle, they replaced the product! (I had to pay shipping, but who cares?). The replacement was certainly not a previously returned product, it felt much better(sturdier) than the first (which I am certain was a manufacturer defect).

Nice store, friendly service. I've been here multiple times and have ALWAYS been satisfied when I left. Everyone who works there is super nice, and I've never had a problem getting help when I'm there. The store is very nice and clean and I have no complaints about anything I've ever bought there. Highly recommended!

Houston's Dopest Smoke Shop. Smoke Dreamz is THE place to go. Everytime I step foot in the place I smile. This place is unique and has a good vibe to it, not anything like the trashy smoke shops around town.

The customer service is wonderful because everyone who works there is cool, approachable and knows what they're talking about.

buy your ejuice somewhere else!. normally i purchase my ejuice for my electronic cigarette from a local dealer but he was unavailable and i needed it that day so I had no time to order online. a simple search showed this place sells it so i figured i would give it a try.

first of all the service was horrible. they hide it behind the counter which is fine i suppose but when I asked to see what flavors they had the employee replied, "marlboro is popular." well thats great but i have been vaping for months and I know what like and marlboro isn't it. so I asked again could I just see the bin of bottle. well apparantly i looked like someone who would grab the bin and run out with it because he was very reluctant to do this. he then offered me camal. again, not interested. so I asked a third time to just see the bin. this time he looked annoyed and kept darting his eyes elsewhere as if he had better things to do and finally began to somewhat read the names of a few bottles. finally i just picked one so i could get out of there.

but not before i paid 16 dollars for 12mL of ejuice! I usually pay 8 for the same exact juice. same brand. same flavor. and 8 is a little high. when i order online i pay 5. i pay 8 for the convenience of not having to wait.

if you buy your ejuice here, please do some research and see that NO ONE charges such ridiculously inflated prices for this stuff. you can pay HALF as much and be able to actually see what you are buying and choose without being rushed.

I'm Lovin' It!. I am well aware that Citysearch will allow spam comments, but this is place is totally legit! I have visited head-shops all around this country since I was a teenager (I am now 34) so I would assume my opinion of this place is valid. So here it goes in one word: PERFECT!

I'm so sick and tired of listening to these forkin' glass snobs! Not American... blah, blah, blah. Guess what?? Neither are the clothes you're wearing, your iPod, or the computer from which you are able to read this review! As for the "local artists", go hug a tree and be merry. I am an an artist and could honestly care less about what that has to do with buying drug paraphernalia. Get real, people! I smoke because it makes me a little happier, not a little snobbier!

If all you can say about this store is that their glass is cheap (and it's not) then you definitely should take a break from writing reviews and leave it to the people who actually care about great customer service. To me, being treated like someone actually gives a damn about the fact that I am spending money at their place of business pretty much means everything - specially now-a-days when too many people have chips on their shoulders (yes, that includes YOU - glass snobs!). I don't care if you work at McDonalds or Microsoft... I want a smile and I want it to be HONEST! These guys are it!

Had one complaint today so I stopped by to let them know on the way home. I didn't want anything free or I wouldn't be spending $400/month at their place. Jason gets on the phone with the supplier in front of me, tells him what's going on and without even blinking he refunds me, no questions asked... no receipt - nothing. Guess who's coming back again? And again? And again....? Thanks fellas! I love being a regular at Smoke Dreamz!

houston's best smoke shop. these guys are the best. the friendly service starts from the time you enter the door. the knowledge of their products beats out any other smoke shop and their prices and selection is absolutely awesome!!!! say hi to momma dreamz when you go, and watch her smile light up the room!!!

what is all the hype about?. I decided to check this place out after reading all the rave reviews and have to say... either the people running this place are tooting their own horns on Citysearch (sadly, this wouldn't surprise me from what/who I encountered when I visited the store), or there really are this many under-informed Houstonians on Citysearch that believe a place like this one is legit. First of all, I realize that not every pipe in a smoke shop HAS to be made in the USA (even though I personally would prefer it was); however, if you are going to flat out lie to my face and tell me that some mass-produced import glass that isn’t worth the bowl I might load in it and was most likely blown in a sweat shop is "high quality" and is going to cost me close to fifty dollars… then, honestly, you can take that pipe and shove it. I don't know anything about all this E-Cig business (see below), but as far as actual smoke shops go... this is definitely not the place for anyone that is an honest smoker looking for well-made glass. Between the totally shady employees/owners that clearly seem to have an agenda (i.e., making money off of you and nothing more) to the plethora of t-shirts and belly button rings crowding the shop with tastelessness, this is definitely not the place for me and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Smoke Dreamz. I recently purchased an E-Cig and had a few problems with it. Feeling very discouraged, I was determined to return it. 'Mama' Dreamz, personally took care and took the time to listen to my complaint and make sure everything was how it should be. She changed out a defective part, made sure I had to proper liquid. I am more than satisfied with how she and 'Papa' handled this. I am certainty happy and will continue to use this shop for all my future E-Cig purchases. Very friendly and interesting environment.

Come here for a superior selection and price-matching!. You are going to love SmokeDreamz. I gladly make the drive from Richmond/Katy everytime I have to. SmokeDreamz has the best selection out there and they match any price. I recently went there with under $50 wanting to get a nice glass waterpipe. My favorite one was priced higher than my budget but that didn't discourage me. They lowered the price to match my budget, something they do everytime I need a helping hand.

Rumor has it you may see a celebrity every now and then.

Super service, can't be beat!. I bought a vaporizer from Smoke Dreamz with a (manufacturer's) lifetime warranty a few months ago - long story short: after it needed repairs (my fault), all I had to do was bring the unit back to the shop and they handled the repair with the company and shipped the unit to me when it was ready. Overall very satisfied with my buy :-)
