“This is the worst service I have ever had with cabs.”
Service overcharged. Arrived on May 2nd at George Bush Intl. Airport and took the cab in terminal E, around noon. Took the cab and finish the trip at Hilton Houston North, in that momento the driver charged $23.18 to my credit card (receipt 2641830), today (may 9th) my due balance shows $69 dollars. Who's gonna be responsible for that? I fill robbed.
I often call these people to take my boss to the airport. Since he doesn't give himself much time, it is important for the town car to show up on time.
They used to be pretty good about showing up except for one morning trip from his apt. when they didn't show up at all.
Now it's about a 40% chance they don't show up or are late. Sometimes the driver will call to say he's got to put gas in the cab before they get him so they will be late.
Don't they know to put gas in the car before the appointed pick-up time? I call them in the morning for an afternoon pick-up so it shouldn't come as a surprise.
We are looking for another service now.
Good rates & service. Good service. Ive used them several times now to and from the airport. Whats nice is their rates are the same as a metered taxi. A couple of their drivers could use english lessons though.
Worst service ever. I called for a cab and the cab never arrived. This is the worst service I have ever had with cabs. I still call 1 hour after my prior call and they have the adasity to say it was on its way and blamed the problem on their delay, wich is not getting me to my destination. If you want to get to your location the day you called dont depend on this company!
