Don't bother.. Horrible customer service. We went there to purchase a stroller. After trying to look through the strollers by ourselves for 15 minutes, we asked the woman at the counter if someone could help us. She looked up,and called out someones name-?Michelle?. Never said another word. Not someone will help you shortly, not sorry no one is available to help, nothing else. We left the store, and will purchase the the stroller (about a 900.00+ stroller) anywhere but here.

Personal Touch to everyday necessities. I am a mother of two and I have found that the Right Start has always been helpful when it comes to product information. The young man who works there is very knowledgeable and VERY honest. Much like the rest of the staff, they sell what customers need, rather than sell you something that they NEED to sell. Don't let the previous review change your opinion, they help me get what I want even if it means losing a sale. 5 stars all around!

horrible staff. This place has great stuff for babies & toddlers, but the staff is horrible. They are , unhelpful, unfriendly and unknowledgeable, and this has been my experience pretty much every single time I've gone in. I shopped here because I got a gift certificate and after I purchased a stroller, I went back a few time to buy accessories for the stroller. I'm sorry to say my experience was never different and I will not shop here again. I finally just started buying my stroller accessories online just to avoid going to this place. Even though this place is right down the street, I'd rather pay shipping charges and wait a few day to get my items then go back here.
