One of several resale clothing shops along the hip strip of lower Westheimer, Leopard Lounge now shares digs with Taxi Taxi and emanates a '70s rock vibe with jams surging through the speakers and an impressive array of collector-worthy concert tees decking the walls. Urban cowboys love the western button-ups hanging from the rafters, which make perfect companions for the quality boots along the shelves. Rows are filled with soft color-coded T-shirts, dresses and copious polyester and flannel, and accessorize include hats, glasses, gloves, jackets, scarves and belt buckles for both sexes. It's a vintage dive, but bargain-drivers who like one-of-a-kind finds know that style can be labor-intensive.
