I would have to start off by saying please do not go by what "ThatGirl7" has to say.... She must have been having a bad day because Dimassi's is truly one of the best.... Fresh, delicious food for a fair price.....

thewoodlands best buffet. I go to dimassis for years .this place is one of my favorites places in the woodlands .food is always fresh and all the dishes are almost full ,they keep up with the buffet very well is like nobody touch the food yet and you are the first one.drink and dessert are part of the buffet and you don't need to pay extra for drinks.the ross water is the best no other palce have this drink.the fish,beef,chickekabob,and the lamb shank are all delicious.i just joined they face book page and i find out they have coupons there.

Terrible.... a waste of $10. Clicking on the one star is because I HAD to in order for my comment to get published.... think of it as a negative 4-star

First thing in the restaurant, there sat a man behind a desk. He had unexpressive eyes...., just giving you a blank look as you walk in.... I had to ask if I seat myself and question on the procedures of the restaurant. He simply said go sit down and get a plate... not very friendly...

Being from the Pacific Northwest, Seattle has a wealth of diverse restaurants...I know what Mediterranean cuisine is and how awesome it tastes... Dimassi's food was simply, dry, tasteless and hideous!!! The food just sat under the heat lamps, crying out to save them from drying out... eggplant shriveled, no longer swimming in any sauce... rather laying there crackling... half the dishes had an oily sheen on top, and was undistinguishable....

I went to pay for my lunch and he charged me over $20!! I said to him... "$20 for that!!!???" He said "no, it is $11.99". No apologies, not a smile when I reluctantly paid for the horrible lunch... didn't even say thank you for coming in.

In a time where we are being careful how we spend our hard earned dollars.... DO NOT go to Dimassi's!!! They could care less about their establishment nor their food....

Great food! We love it!!. We are from europe and realy realy love the greek/turkisch kitchen. I was so happy when i found dimassi's when i was at the houston rodeo. I was even happier that i found out there's one close to were i live in the woodlands!!!

The food is realy good and i'm not easily satisfied!

Love the baklava!!!!! It's as good as we know from our holydays to Greece and Turkey. The cous cous, the bread, the salad with feta and olives... We go to this restaurant often!

The only thing i didn't like was the taste of the soda or ice tea. But hey, for only 9 dollar... All you can eat... You won't hear me complain.

Best middle eastern food in Houston. Well being middle eastern myself I am impressed with Dimassi's food. It's as close to authentic as I have seen so far in the states. I have tried the one on Richmond and the one on Kirby. The one on Richmond seems to have more fresh food as it is more established and is thus busier.

I love their hummus and baba ghanoug, bread is made right there and is delicious.

Salads are good too. My absolute favorite is their baklawa which is to die for!

Although they have raised their price to 10.99 on the weekends and for dinner I think it's still a good bargain considering that you get to eat all you can, drinks and dessert included.

Overall I recommend for anyone interested in trying good middle eastern food. I go there almost once every week and I always leave happy.

Good For Lunch or Dinner. I go once a week for lunch! Food is always fresh and fabulous. Everything is labeled so if you are on a low sodium diet, you have lots of choices. Lots of olive oil used. The fish, beef and chicked dishes are all wonderful. My favorites are all the salads and vegetable dishes.

This is a local favorite!. I have been to all the Dimassi locations in Houston except the Richmond one and I can say hands down that it is one of the finer places to eat in the Greater Houston Area. The owners/managers do not skimp on quality, food is always fresh and steaming, servings are unlimited (buffet), drinks and desserts are stocked to the max and the place is very inviting. This is good for both personal and group visits. At $9.99, it is a bargain. Try the grilled chicken, the greek salads and hummus - it is very good.
