While most every other furniture store sells from inventory only, and special orders were discouraged because it took 3-6 months to come from China, this company ordered the furniture from U.S. suppliers!
They had over 30 colors to choose from, with huge samples of the leather on the back wall ... and you could check out one to take home to view in your home ... we got just what we wanted, in about four weeks. They even sent a specialist over to tighten a slightly loose end panel of leather, and touch up a couple of small uncrating marks. He spent over two hours, at no extra charge.
Will miss them!!

We ordered expensive couch and recliner 2 months ago. They promptly charged our credit card on the spot. They told us 30 day delivery. It has already been 2 months.
When I called the store, I asked for the manager, a man said he was the manager.
I explained our problem, he stated that it has taken a long time. I asked when we could expect delivery, he would not say. I then stated I wanted to cancel the order, we
have remodeled our house and waiting for this furniture. He stated he would not cancel the order. I told him I would cancel the credit card, his response being "do what you gotta do". I strongly urge anyone needing furniture to try to avoid this place.
We as well as our family members & friends have all agreed to not do business with this group again, and I am trying to tell as many people as I can about this bad experience and lack of concern for a customer.
Delivered incorrect product, made promises not kept, never rectified

I purchased an expensive set of leather theatre chairs, that were automatic and had some built in storage. The chairs that were delivered were manual and did not contain storage. I asked the delivery guy to take the chairs back, but he assured me that it was standard protocol to keep the chairs, and they would reorder and deliver the correct product. After a year of escalating to the sales manager and the owner of the company, I never received the correct product. Each and every time I was assured that the chairs were on order, and that the swap out was to be made when the new chairs arrived.
Finally, the owner told me that he would just retrofit the existing chairs with an automatic feature. During that discussion, he was very abrupt.
I haven't followed up since then. I will never shop at Infinity Leather again.
